Comments about Baby Trend Sit 'n Stand Elite Stroller:
I really liked this stroller the first time we used it. My infant can sit in the front and see what is around him and my toddler has the option to sit or stand. No more of that "mommy I'm tired, carry me". The only drawbacks that I see are the cup holders are really shallow. If you have a bottle of something in there and ride over rough areas (we were camping when we started using it) you can expect to have those beverages shaken up pretty good and the bottles bounce around quite a bit. I like the fact that I can use the infant carrier with the extra piece but I don't like that I have to swap out the tray for the bar. In fact since my husband brought the stroller in from the truck I'm not even sure where that extra piece is at. Fortunately my youngest is about out of the carrier so this will be a non-issue, but I could definitely see me having the stroller in one place and that extra piece being someplace else. I expect we'll get a few years out of this before my toddler outgrows it.

Comments about Baby Trend Sit 'n Stand Elite Stroller:
This is my second sit and stand stroller from One Step Ahead. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this product. I have been stopped several times by moms who want to know where I bought it. I am on my 3rd child and lost my canopy for the original stroller. [...]. This model is even better than the original if that is possible. I love the low profile wheels, the parent tray with cup holders are ultra handy. Considering the overall size of the stroller it folds up to nothing. My single stroller folds larger than this one. I would definitely recommend this product not only for the product itself but for the [...]
Comments about Baby Trend Sit 'n Stand Elite Stroller:
This stroller is great! My 3 year old loves jumping in and out of the back. I was afraid that he wouldn't like facing backwards but he actually has better visability. This stroller is easier to handle then my travel system stroller and I can push it one handed. The only downside is the small basket.

Comments about Baby Trend Sit 'n Stand Elite Stroller:
I love this stroller. I should have bought this one right from the beginning. I have an 18 month old and a 4 year old. My 4 year old loves having the option of whether to sit or stand. It's very sturdy and easy to maneuver. The only problem is that you can't get to the basket from the back. Other than that, I would highly recommend this stroller to anyone.
Comments about Baby Trend Sit 'n Stand Elite Stroller:
This is a great product! Perfect to get around with two kids. My son love that he can get on and off by himself and I love that I don't have to lift him!. It is also great with my daughters infant car seat!

I LOVE THIS STROLLER ITS PERFECT FOR MY 3 MONTH OLD WHO STILL SITS IN HER CAR SEAT AND FOR MY 3 YEAR OLD WHO WON'T SIT IN A STROLLER BUT CAN NOW STAND OR SIT AND NOT FEEL LIKE SHE IS IN ONE

Comments about Baby Trend Sit 'n Stand Elite Stroller:
I bought this stroller for my 1 year old and 3 year old to share. It's lighter and much easier to handle than our double stroller. It has a parent tray which is pretty handy. Both girls like it very much. Things that I would change- the front seat should be able to recline fully. This would work if the jump seat were made to flip up, which would also ease access to the basket. We keep a small sun umbrella in the stroller for my 3 year old to use, as the canopy only covers the front seat. A few tweaks to the design would make this the perfect stroller.
Comments about Baby Trend Sit 'n Stand Elite Stroller:
We use the stroller for travel. Very light to lift and store (compared to others tried). Easy to fold with one hand. The attachments can be easily removed and attached.
Con: We have had this stroller for less than 1 year and the rear seat broke (in Sea World of all places.)

Comments about Baby Trend Sit 'n Stand Elite Stroller:
this stroller works great for my toddler and newborn. easy to set up, a little heavy but not too bad. rolls well on smooth ground, not great on rough terain. toddler loves the jump seat. infant carrier stays secure. for the price it's a great stroller. gives you back some independece to travel easier with infant and toddler. larger than a regular stroller but really not too bulky when compared to the traditional double stroller
Comments about Baby Trend Sit 'n Stand Elite Stroller:
I bought this stroller for my daughter so when she has to take both the 6mo. old & the 2 1/2 year old together to the store, zoo or a walk through the park - it would be easier!!! One stroller for Two little ones!!! She LOVES it!!!

Comments about Baby Trend Sit 'n Stand Elite Stroller:
My girls absolutely love this stroller...the ONLY drawback is it's bulkiness/maneuverability. But, you're also pushing two kids at the same time which is hard to do in a smaller stroller. Love it!
Comments about Baby Trend Sit 'n Stand Elite Stroller:
I just got it and I love it. It sturdy, easy to maneuver. Ok, it's bigger than a regular stroller and takes more space, but it's worthwhile. It's exactly as shown on the website. I just LOVE it.
Comments about Baby Trend Sit 'n Stand Elite Stroller:
My two biggest complaints about this product is the storage is hard to get to, the seat should lift up. The seat pad on the stand part doesn't stay in place, we finally took it off, but now it has no pad for it.sitting. A regular double stroller move more smoothly and easy. I should have returned it.

Comments about Baby Trend Sit 'n Stand Elite Stroller:
This was a great idea and my kids loved it while it lasted. The seat for the sit and stand cracked in half while my 26 lb. child was sitting on it. we only had the stroller for 1 year. We had been using it as a sit and stand for about 4 months.

Comments about Baby Trend Sit 'n Stand Elite Stroller:
This stroller has come in handy when shopping with my 3yr old and new baby. its easy to handle. Not much larger than a regular stoller and it fits in the trunk of my car.
If your trying to decide if you need the double seater with a 3yr old, I don't think it's necessary. I know my 3yr old wants to walk everywhere now so spending the extra on the seat would have been a waste of money. The stand up part comes in handy when I need to contain her.
on the down side, the stroller is a bit heavy, but made to last. The basket is definately hard to get to.There is a way to get to it from a side snap which makes it not so bad.The basket is larger than it looks for I have filled it up with lots of things.
Overall, this stroller has been a life savor for me as a mommy to 2 small children. I would not want to shop anywhere without it!
you will be glad you bought this stroller whether as a gift or yourself. Worth every penny spent.

Comments about Baby Trend Sit 'n Stand Elite Stroller:
I bought the sit & stand elite stroller for my new baby boy & my 3 year old daughter. I checked & it said it was compatible with my infant seat (Designer 22 Eddie Bauer infant seat)The infant seat does "fit" but I don't feel it is very securely attached, so I don't use it very often. Once my son can sit up on his own, I think I will be using this stroller a LOT more. It's VERY easy to manuever, nice basket storage & it's comfortable for both kids. I always get stopped when I'm out with it. It's really a nice looking stroller.

Comments about Baby Trend Sit 'n Stand Elite Stroller:
This stroller is great when I go out for walks and outings with my newborn and 3 yr old. He loves it and it makes him feel independent! It is a little cumbersome to fold because the little basket keeps getting stuck on the front wheels. Besides that I love this stroller.

Comments about Baby Trend Sit 'n Stand Elite Stroller:
For those of us with bigger children, the front seat should be about 3 to 4 inches deeper.

Comments about Baby Trend Sit 'n Stand Elite Stroller:
This was a gift to us from grandparents -- otherwise we could not have afforded one this nice. We love it! All the features it boasts meet expectations. As some other reviews have noted, it does take some getting used to in folding up and maneuvering. But for a "double" stroller, it doesn't get any better than this! Also, the reviews about the stroller being able to carry three children are correct (front seat, bench seat, standing) -- though you'd have to watch weight limit. The front seat is nice and wide with a great over the shoulder/lap harness. My toddler also likes to sit on the bench seat with his feet dangling above the basket rather than facing backward while riding. Either way works fine. The parent tray is very nice and even has a closed compartment in addition to the two cupholders. This stroller is worth the investment!

Comments about Baby Trend Sit 'n Stand Elite Stroller:
I bought this product b/c it had so many great reviews online. When I got it, we did a "test drive" at Sea World for the day... I hated this stroller more as the day went on. It's just as big as my double, very hard to steer, & offers a really rough ride. The jump seat doesn't move, making it impossible to access anything in the storage basket, without moving your toddler using the jump seat. The canopy also doesn't extend to the the jump seat, instead just hitting my toddler in the head. The handles for the jump seat aren't padded/covered & they got hot throughtout the day. The only thing that was nice was the durable parent tray... but that's not worth all of the other aggravations! I have many friends that have the Joovy Caboose and love it, but I went with the less expensive... well, I've learned my lesson! The Joovy Ultralight should be arriving any day now :)

Comments about Baby Trend Sit 'n Stand Elite Stroller:
This stroller is very easy to use and set up. It folds up compactly and stows well in the car. My toddler loves it and the infant car seat (Graco) fits perfectly. The only negative is that the basket it not easy to access. I would design the seat so it would flip up so you could put the diaper bag in easy.

Comments about Baby Trend Sit 'n Stand Elite Stroller:
Great for carting a baby and older sibling around the LA County Fair. Big Sister gets to sit or stand instead of having to walk all day or be carried when she's too tired. Definitely wouldn't want to use it every day. It is longer than I'm used to, but what would you expect? Difficult to fully close the stroller to stow because the wheels get turned around. If you don't have a van or SUV, you might not fit anything else in your trunk. The baby carrier vs seated infant conversion is a separate part. You'd always have to have that part with you and change it on the fly if you want to sometimes have sleeping baby in car seat carrier and sometimes have baby sitting upright in regular seat. Also you have to manually seatbelt the car seat carrier into the seat, not just clip it on like the strollers that come with your baby carrier. Once baby has completely outgrown the baby carrier for the car that wouldn't be a problem. The seat does not recline very much though. So far I would purchase this again. I don't know how durable it is, as I haven't used it that many times yet.

Comments about Baby Trend Sit 'n Stand Elite Stroller:
This product is great with two small kids; I have a 6 month old and almost 3 year old and they both ride comfortably in this stroller. It is a little harder to maneuver than a regular stroller as it is longer, but not too bad. Also harder to maneuver with a 40 pound kid in the back. But still easier than a traditional double stroller. The storage basket is a little small, but I probably could cut down on how much I carry with me! It is easy to set up and throw in the back of my SUV. Easy to convert from using the baby seat with car seat to just having my baby sit in the stroller. Nice to have the flexibility of my almost 3 year old to sit or stand; she is like many toddlers and likes to change it up!
One issue I had was the sit/stand seat break with minimal usage on this stroller, but One Step Ahead was GREAT and replaced my stroller free of charge. I am still happy and satisfied with this stroller and also confident that One Step Ahead stands by their products!

Comments about Baby Trend Sit 'n Stand Elite Stroller:
I researched every type of double and sit n stand stroller out there and this one had the best reviews. I would say that it lives up to its reviews! I have a 2 1/2 year old and an infant. The first thing I noticed was how maneuverable it is, especially when compared to my single stroller. I can push and maneuver this stroller with one hand. It is also very light and easy to store. I have a Scion XB, which has a very small back compartment and this stroller fits width and lengthwise.
One complaint: The basket is difficult to get to...you have to reach behind the bench part of the stroller. The opening to put something in the basket is small, so very few items can fit in there, for example, my Skip Hop double duo diaper bag.
Suggestions if you buy: purchase something to hang bags or your diaper bag on such as Stroll'r Swivel'rs, which I purchased at Babies R Us. I never use the basket now.
A third cup holder might be beneficial as I have noticed just recently. If I go out for a lengthy trip, three drinks always happen to need a spot, One of us or my daughter carries their own cup. Just a suggestion, although not a big deal.
Comments about Baby Trend Sit 'n Stand Elite Stroller:
Bought for vacation where we walked a lot. Children 2 & 5 yrs old. Kids loved that they could hop on when they got tired (saved on a lot of whining!!) Easy to manouver except on slopes when loaded. Basket good size and easily accessible from side if you have small items, but not if you have a large item. Should make it so bench seat flips up for easier access to basket. Rubber wheels make for a smooth ride. Parent tray could be bigger but most other models don't have one at all. Almost as long as a double stroller but will be useful for longer period of time. Still haven't figured out how to fold it properly, tricky to get the wheels in the right position. Overall, we love it!
Comments about Baby Trend Sit 'n Stand Elite Stroller:
I purchased this when I was pregnant with my 3rd child, my 2nd is a toddler and I knew I needed a double stroller to do most everything with both. I went to [...]tried all of their double strollers out, I also went online and researched other parents reviews of all the strollers. Many times I left the stores in tears (granted I was pregnant) because I was sure I would never find my "perfect" stroller! I had checked this stroller out a couple times but was scared of not being able to test it before buying, after trying the Graco ones (which was the only one I was deciding on between any store ones) a couple more times, I was very dissatisfied so I took a chance and bought this one...it's the best one out there, it has a few cons, it doesn't stand on its own when closed, but I just put the breaks on and it wont slide when propped against something, the basket as other people complained doesn't open easily - not true there are clasps on each side, just open and pull down. My only downfall is the leg room for my toddle in the back (he is small to normal for his age) we have to put him in first and take him out last (we use a car seat in the front) It has all the trimmings (cup holders, big basket, shades) and it was a lot less heavy than the Graco double strollers. I have a Graco car seat which fits great in the front seat. This stroller rides smoothly and turns easily. I must say after ALL the weeks of research and trying out double strollers...This is the best on the market!!! A well priced and constructed must for parents of more than one young one!!

Comments about Baby Trend Sit 'n Stand Elite Stroller:
I love our Sit and Stand! It is designed so that my kids dont pick on eachother as much as our older double stroller(a graco duo glider). And it gives my son the freedom he craves. He can move more and that keeps him in it actually. But if I need him to sit and stay I can buckle him in. My daughter can sit up front just fine but the sit is a little short and the straps are a little thin so she can pull them off but its a five point harness so she cant unbuckle it. She just pulls down the shoulder straps. The parent tray is really annoying. Not enough room for even my keys and phone together. And nowhere to put my purse. I bought a clip on attatchment that works well to hang my purse from and that works great. I had to get used to pushing it as it is a bit wobbly feeling but thats because its long. But not as long or hard to push as the last stroller. Overall we love it! A great stroller and worth the money.
Comments about Baby Trend Sit 'n Stand Elite Stroller:
I will be using this stroller for my 3 year old and newborn. My 3 year old loves it because it gives her a lot of options, sit, stand and get on and off by herself. The only thing is I thought it would be smaller. It is about the same size as a double stroller without the ability to put both kids to sleep in it, so keep that in mind.
Comments about Baby Trend Sit 'n Stand Elite Stroller:
This stroller is fantastic! It has a really smooth ride and my three year old loves that he can sit and take a rest or stand and check things out. It makes him feel like a big boy not being stuck in a baby stroller. The only drawbacks are that the really great extra large basket is impossible to access and the standing tray for the feet sometimes gets caught when the stroller is folded. Otherwise, I love this stroller and would recommend it to anyone.

Comments about Baby Trend Sit 'n Stand Elite Stroller:
It was very easy to put together but this thing is HUGE! VERY heavy. Once two children are in it its very hard to push and maneuver around. I dont think that Id tell my friends to buy this particular one. Plus its really hard to fold back down for storage..I cant do it myself.
Comments about Baby Trend Sit 'n Stand Elite Stroller:
I bought this when I had my little girl. My son was 4 years old and still didn't want to walk all the time. He loves the stroller because he can either sit or stand if he wants to. My little girls car seat fit well in the stroller. Now that she is older (15 months) she likes sitting in the front and my son hich is 5 now is still sitting and standing. The only thing I don't like is it doesn't have enough storage space underneath. A word of advice when you try to put your diaper bag and other stuff in the storage area, pull the mesh side down on the side of the storage area and put your stuff underneath that way. Don't try to go from the top with big items.
Comments about Baby Trend Sit 'n Stand Elite Stroller:
I really like this stroller for my 3 year old and baby. Our Graco infant seat fits nicely in the front, but the strap for it is a little awkward to use as it is only adjustable on one side. I love the parent tray on the handle--the "secret compartment" is big enough for my phone and keys! I would suggest a sturdier locking mechanism when the stroller is folded as ours has already warped. Overall, I think this stroller is a great value and would highly recommend it.
Comments about Baby Trend Sit 'n Stand Elite Stroller:
I have grandchildren ages 21months and 5 months. With one stroller -one sat while the other one ran all over the place. With this stroller they both have seats and my grandson loves the seat in the back!!! It is a life saver. I would recommend this stroller for anyone with more than one child.

Comments about Baby Trend Sit 'n Stand Elite Stroller:
Our 2 yr old loves it because she can see her baby sister in the front. Like the strap that goes over the infant carrier. We've used the back seat several times, but mostly use the sit n stand part. Back seat is easily removed or added. Wish the back seat sat more upright, but it's not a big deal. Super easy to fold and unfold. Just have to get used to the length of it when turning corners.

Comments about Baby Trend Sit 'n Stand Elite Stroller:
It is easy to use, and folds nicely, but that's about it. It is much longer than it looks. It is just as long as any popular double stroller, so what's the point? If you live in the city forget it- it can't handle the slightest bump in the sidewalk without negotiation. Don"t buy it!

Comments about Baby Trend Sit 'n Stand Elite Stroller:
This stroller is actually lighter than the one that came with my travel system and fits easily into the trunk of our small SUV. It is a little harder to set up and close up since the front wheels or tray can get turned crooked and prevent easy setup or takedown, but that's something you quickly get the hang of. Overall, I love it, especially being able to fit my 2-month-old's infant seat into the front while my 2-year-old rides in the back on the bench. Storage is a bit of a problem since the basket beneath is small, but I purchased some hooks to hang on the handle that will hold shopping bags and my purse if I have both kids in the stroller. With just one kid riding in front, which is the case sometimes, I can use the jumpseat for extra storage. The platform for standing seems a little narrow small, but I don't think it bothers my toddler, and the compact size is probably the reason why the stroller is not cumbersome and is lightweight. The brake system is more complicated than with my single stroller; this system has two brakes you have to lock separately (my single has a bar that I can lock with one foot), but that's no different from many strollers and hasn't been hard to adjust to. I have removed the sun canopy and footrest for now since I don't need them with the infant seat in place; I'll add them back in when my infant gets older. The stroller steers smoothly and seems to be a better indoor stroller than the double jogger our family uses for outdoor walks. The padding on the jumpseat gets pulled out of place a lot, since my toddler is a squirmer, but it can be removed entirely, and I may do that if my toddler keeps messing it up. I don't think he'd mind sitting on the plastic seat without the thin cushion. Some users have noted that when not in use the seatbelts, front and back, dangle all over the place, but if you keep them fastened and/or tuck them in place, they aren't as troublesome.
Comments about Baby Trend Sit 'n Stand Elite Stroller:
my 2 1/2 yr old thinks it is real cool!
Comments about Baby Trend Sit 'n Stand Elite Stroller:
I have a six month old and a two year old and it is working out. My toddler loves the idea of sitting in the stroller and the ease of getting in and out. It makes trips to the mall so much easier! Plus, I don't have to lift her into a chair she does it all by herself, which every toddler loves. The storage basket is almost impossble to fit my big diaper bag, so i do carry it around instead. I do understand that there is probably no other way for it to be better, so I deal. All and all I love it and feel it was well worth it.
Comments about Baby Trend Sit 'n Stand Elite Stroller:
This was our 2nd double stroller, the first we bought worked great but was huge and heavy and did not travel well. The Sit and Stand is easier to handle when loaded with kids and much lighter to carry and easier to fit in the car. The travel cover you can order separately is roomy and holds the stroller easily. This stroller is much sturdier than the other sit n stand type strollers we checked out. One of the problems is storage. While it is ample, it is almost impossible to access anything large when the baby's carseat is loaded. The only other problem is keeping the 2 1/2 year old boy happy being seat belted down instead of walking on his own. It's almost impossible to get him to stay put when standing.

Comments about Baby Trend Sit 'n Stand Elite Stroller:
This stroller is wonderful, I have a 3 year old and a 1 year old, the 3 year old loves to be independent and walk with us, but now she loves the fact she still has a seat and can stand also. It is very easy to fold to put away and very easy to open. I did alot of research on these types of strollers but it came back to this one and I can say its definately worth the money!!
Comments about Baby Trend Sit 'n Stand Elite Stroller:
I haven't really used the stroller yet. My baby is due in another 6 months, but I have a 2-year-old. I have pushed it around my yard with my daughter and her little cousin. It's easy to push and not as heavy as I expected. I do wish there were some kind of storage or cup holder for the child who sits in the back. I love that you can access the basket from the side, but it only holds 5 lbs. My other strollers always held more and, let's face it, who only puts 5 lbs worth of stuff in a diaper bag. Mine is always loaded(better safe than sorry). I hope the basket holds up well. Overall, I love the stroller!!
Comments about Baby Trend Sit 'n Stand Elite Stroller:
I am very pleased with this stroller. It works well for my newborn and toddler and will transition nicely for both of them. Also folds well and fits in the truck of my sedan, with room to spare. A great alternative to a double stroller.
Comments about Baby Trend Sit 'n Stand Elite Stroller:
I am using this for a trip that we are taking and i love it. When you have a preschooler and an infant, there aren't many choices for strollers and this one fits the bill. Getting from gate to gate at the airport is a breeze with this, and when the older one gets tired, she can hitch a ride. I love the rubber tires, it makes me feel like it's a sturdier ride. The cons that I have is the "extended" canopy is just a little that really is ineffective at provding any shade at all. And I wish that you could use an infant car seat without having to change out parts on the stroller. It still is accomplishing it's goal for me though. So, I still recommend it.
Comments about Baby Trend Sit 'n Stand Elite Stroller:
This stroller works well for my infant and 3 year old. My 3 year old likes being able to get in and out by herself and I like that I no longer have to lift her into the stroller.
Comments about Baby Trend Sit 'n Stand Elite Stroller:
I bought this stroller for my two sons, 7mos and 2 1/2 years. It has been great. It is not much bigger than my old single stoller and is actually narrower, so it fits in my suv better than the old one. It does weigh a little more, but that is to be expected. I really like the solid rubber wheels and the safety straps for my toddler. The only slight downside is the small basket is hard to access, but holding a bag once in a while is definetly not harder than holding a toddlers hand all the time.
Comments about Baby Trend Sit 'n Stand Elite Stroller:
I have the Sit 'n Stand Double Stroller and my Mom (who watches my kids) has the Sit 'n Stand Elite Stroller. We love them. They are both easy to take with you, easy to maneuver, and toddler friendly. My toddler helped put it together and then was SO excited to sit/stand in his "big boy" area of the stroller.
The only down I can find so far is accessing the basket. It would be great if the toddler bench unlocked and lifted to allow easier access to the basket. Other than that - it is perfect!!
Comments about Baby Trend Sit 'n Stand Elite Stroller:
I tried another double stroller, but it was too heavy and difficult to manuver once the children were on the stroller. This one is wonderful. It is easy to get the carrier on and my daughter loves to sit on the bench. The rubber tries make a big difference and easy to manuver once the children are in place. The only thing is it is a bit bulky and takes up most of the storage space in my small CRV.
Comments about Baby Trend Sit 'n Stand Elite Stroller:
I loved it verry good product and easy to use for my toddler and new born

Comments about Baby Trend Sit 'n Stand Elite Stroller:
This is the only stroller I found that actually allows you to use the sitting bench with an infant carrier. All the other brands do not allow you to use this feature if you are using an infant carrier because the seat has to be fully reclined taking up the space where your child would sit. Unfortunately that does make this stroller longer and more difficult to navigate. I needed to find one that would allow my 4 year old a place to sit and rest but still allow me to use a carrier. The only other one that would have worked was by Zooper for[$]! This was a much better investment.
Comments about Baby Trend Sit 'n Stand Elite Stroller:
I love this stroller! It is exactly what I needed, however, I would improve the following:
1. I noticed that the carrier for the diaper bag is not easily accessible, especially if the kids are already strapped in the stroller.
2. I don't like that the toddler side does not come with some kind of shade. It would be a hassle particularly in cases of extreme heat, or when it's raining.
3. Also, when folding the stroller, sometimes the footrest pops out as I'm closing it. If I travel, I would be nervous that it would fall off.
A note about the weight: I thought this stroller would be bulkier than my single Graco (snug rider) stroller, but it's not! It just as compact!!! Which is great!!! Also, it really isn't any heavier than my other stroller either. It's definitely not lightweight, but it isn't too heavy either. It's about average, exactly what should be expected from such a stroller. I actually thought it'd be heavier, and it wasn't.
This product still needs some perfecting, but overall, it is what I needed and exactly what I was looking for. I bought it specifically because my family will be traveling. Instead of bringing 2 separate strollers for my 3 year old and 5 month old, my husband and I decided we needed something like this so that only one of us handles the stroller while the other pulls our carry-on luggages. It will make a huge difference on what we now won't need to bring.
However the short list of flaws may be, the overall use I am able to get out of it definitely outweighs the cons. I would absolutely recommend this product!!!

Comments about Baby Trend Sit 'n Stand Elite Stroller:
I really like this stroller, big thing is that front seat does not recline very far. Wish t he sun shade could move more.
Comments about Baby Trend Sit 'n Stand Elite Stroller:
Stroller has enough room for my almost 3 year old to sit comfortably, where in some other models she was very cramped. She is very tall for her age and fits nicely in the back. My only complaint is how heavy the stroller is-obviously being used to a single titanium, this in metal is much heavier. Pushing on an incline is also tough, the stroller wants to roll down. As others have said, the storage is a little tricky to get into and doesn't hold that much.
Comments about Baby Trend Sit 'n Stand Elite Stroller:
We are really enjoying the Sit and Stand. It rides well and is easy to use. My only complaint is the seat in the front doesn't fold all the way down. It can get hot in the South Texas summer heat, and sometimes I want to take the baby out of the "carrier" because he gets hot. He's not quite big enough to sit in the propped up position of the seat. So it would be great to recline the front seat all the way so that he could lay there, belted in and enjoy the breeze with a little freedom to move his little arms and legs. Otherwise, it is a great product. If the front seat reclined all the way, it would be perfect.

Comments about Baby Trend Sit 'n Stand Elite Stroller:
WE absolutely love this stroller. I'm a mother of two girls, an infant(2mths) and a toddler (2.5). I use it constantly b/c it is so practical. It is sturdy, durable, and well-made! It has lots of extras, cup holders, etc. We keep it in the car and use it each time we go out! I love the fact that my toddler has the liberty to stand or sit. She loves that freedom. I also love the smooth ride it provides, so that my infant can sleep soundly. The only thing I'd like changed is the storage basket. It is a bit difficult to get to, but since I rarely store anything down there...I don't mind it much! Otherwise, it's perfect for us!! I recommended this stroller to my friend and I recommend it to everyone who has two kids...Trust me, you'll love it!

Comments about Baby Trend Sit 'n Stand Elite Stroller:
I was so excited to have this stroller. I thought wow it has everything I need. Now 3 months into use I hate this stroller. If I have my son in his carseat and my daughter riding in the back the sunvisor has to remain sticking up or open at all times. My daughter always tries to crawl under it and that just makes for more of a problem. I hate trying to get in and out of the basket underneath. I have to get down on my knees to get stuff out. The worst thing with this stroller is during folding. If the front wheels are not positioned and the basket doesn't fall into place this stroller does not fold properly. You will be unable to connect the clasp on side that keeps it together. I can not tell you how many times I am hitting the basket to pop it in, and having to touch the wheels. It really is bad during a Florida rain storm. I feel the quality and sturdiness of this stroller are very good. The control and handeling are overall pretty good considering the size. I can tell you I would not purchase again and have already got a new stroller after only using this for 3 months. What a shame.
Comments about Baby Trend Sit 'n Stand Elite Stroller:
I love this stroller! I have a 2 year old and a 5 month old baby. Both are able to ride comfortably. I have done a lot of traveling in the past couple months, and couldn't ask for a better stroller for airports and lots of walking. I love how versatile this stroller is. I haven't had a chance to use the running board yet, because my 2 year is not old enough to stay put. But the 2 other seats are great. It's wonderful that the car seat attaches. I found with the car seat in front though, my son does not have as much leg room, and he can't see as well, so I put the car seat in the back sideways( though not intended for this use) it works well and is very secure. It then allows the 2 year old to be in front where he can see and has room to stretch. The stroller really is a one hand fold, which makes it pretty convenient for traveling. Also, it folds down fairly small for a double stroller.

Comments about Baby Trend Sit 'n Stand Elite Stroller:
product is too heavy, wish one step ahead would have the weight listed[...]Other than that, I really shopped around and wish I would have bought locally because the price is comparable but not with shiping and handling. Some good things are the parent tray-a necessity, has a larger storage basket than competing brands. and has a larger space for the sit/stand toddler than the others I compared it to. Very easy to fold, but a bit bulky...but that cant really be avoided I guess. [...] I really shopped around and anything lighter would be the Joovy Ultralight, but much more expensive, with no parent tray and a much smaller storage basket and a much smaller space for the toddler in back. The fold up size was the same.
Comments about Baby Trend Sit 'n Stand Elite Stroller:
The Sit and Stand Stroller gave me the confidence to actually leave the house with my two boys. My older son who is 2 1/2 and I stayed very busy with activities until the birth of his little brother. After a few weeks of staying at home....the Sit and Stand Stroller arrived and we were back out in the world. It is the perect accessory for a busy mom who wants to take her two children on the go with her. All of the reviews were correct....it is easy to assemble, easy to use and is durable to use as a walking stroller.
Comments about Baby Trend Sit 'n Stand Elite Stroller:
The basket is more easily accessable than other sit and stand strollers. I love the parent and child trays. The colors are great and modern. The extended shade works well. This stroller is HUGE! This stroller has been perfect for my 19 month old and my 3 year old as my 5 year old walks (although, occasionally the 3 & 5 year olds fight for the "stand").
Comments about Baby Trend Sit 'n Stand Elite Stroller:
I own several single strollers and there are many cons to them all. This stroller is perfect for a toddler who is unlikely to sit in a double stroller. My 3 year old will sit when he is tired and can easily get up when he wants to walk again. I love that he faces me when he sits so we can chat. The rubber wheels are smooth outdoors (other strollers like this have plastic wheels). The parent tray is great. When my baby is in the infant carrier in the stroller, it does not take room away from my toddler.
Comments about Baby Trend Sit 'n Stand Elite Stroller:
I have a 8 month old and 4 year old and this is a perfect stroller for them. My four your old loves that she can 'sit and stand', when she gets tired of walking she can easily get in the seat. Only down side is that the front seat doesn't cradle my 8 month old, so he tends to slide to one side and it only has 2 recline settings, also it is difficult to get into the storage area. I'm glad a got this stroller.
Comments about Baby Trend Sit 'n Stand Elite Stroller:
Great product, nice width to fit through isles when shopping.Great height for tall parents. Be careful of front canopy, remove and keep handy until needed, we broke it off accidently when putting in back of SUV.One step ahead replaced it promptly for us with no hassles. Other than that it has been a great product.
Comments about Baby Trend Sit 'n Stand Elite Stroller:
I love the stroller and my graco infant car seat fits. It is just a little bigger than my graco single stroller. I haven't had any problems folding it up.
Comments about Baby Trend Sit 'n Stand Elite Stroller:
My almost 4 year old loves that he has a choice whether to sit or stand if he gets tired walking. My daughter is still in her infant seat so I love that I can just keep her in it with the car seat attachment. The only complaint I have is that the front seat doesn't recline very much because of the jump seat.
Comments about Baby Trend Sit 'n Stand Elite Stroller:
We got our stroller and one of the wheels wouldn't stay on. The company that made it was little help but One Step Ahead just sent us a whole new one which works fine. My 3 year old loves to sit and stand and look at his little sister in the infant seat. I looked at the similar models at other stores and this seems much better made and comes with more features. It is bulky and heavy but worth it to not have to try to carry tired toddler while pushing infant stroller! Thanks One Step Ahead!
Comments about Baby Trend Sit 'n Stand Elite Stroller:
This stroller is great! All of the seat belts adjust and fit the little ones perfectly! It's doesn't take a lot of the uneven sidewalks very well, and it is very long. But other then that we love it!!!

Comments about Baby Trend Sit 'n Stand Elite Stroller:
Before the birth of our son, our 3 year old showed signs of not needing the stroller anymore. I still tried many models of double strollers in the stores. All were cumbersome & impractical for my needs. So I decided to not purchase one. However- now that it is summertime we have found that it would be nice to let big sister rest while still on the move (amusement park visits, museums, etc). I love the front suspension- makes steering very easy. This stroller does not seem as long as most double strollers- so it fits in tighter spaces (like store aisles). And sister loves having a choice of how she can ride- standing or sitting.
I have a few suggestions on how to make this product a real home run-
1. give the bigger sibling a backrest while in the seated position so they can recline & maybe even fall asleep!
2. It is very hard to get the stored items out of the storage bin- could use another access hole underneath (especially if infant is asleep in front seat- which makes getting at stowed items next to impossible without waking baby)
3. Create a shade for the backseat in case of rain or extreme sun- the older kid doesn't have any means of protection from the elements.

Comments about Baby Trend Sit 'n Stand Elite Stroller:
The one and only stroller which has a tray and storage as a sit and stand.
Also it's perfect for an infant car seat and no worries about falling off or else.
Great for parents with a kid that wants to jump on and off while taking a walk or going shopping.
Comments about Baby Trend Sit 'n Stand Elite Stroller:
This stroller is worth every doller. I checked out all the store brands, they felt cheap and not well made. This stroller fells sturdy yet surprising lightweight. My 3 year old loves that he can stand or sit and hop off and walk when he wants. The basket underneath is a little hard to access but that was a flaw in all the sit and stand strollers I looked at. I would purchase this stroller again without hesitation!
Comments about Baby Trend Sit 'n Stand Elite Stroller:
Our first stroller had a problem where the front wheel wouldn't stay connected, but after a smooth exchange process, we got one that works beautifully. I should have purchased this stroller between my first and second, instead of between my second and third children. The rubber wheels make the ride a smooth one. Great stroller!
Comments about Baby Trend Sit 'n Stand Elite Stroller:
have only used it a few times so far but it is great. newborn and 3 1/2 yr old both love it. Surprisingly easy to manuver considering the size. only drawback is it's pretty heavy- but for a double stroller it's well worth it.

Comments about Baby Trend Sit 'n Stand Elite Stroller:
I had already bought the Baby Trend stroller that was just a frame that you put the baby carrier on and I loved how easy it was to fold and store. So I knew I recognized it when I saw this stroller online...when you recieve it it comes with Baby Trend warranties, but everything on it says One Step Ahead. Knowing how it would fold up and be easy to work with I knew I had to have it. Wish I had seen it before when I bought the first Baby Trend. Make sure to lock the front wheels first before folding to get maximum folding on it, though. Still love it.
Harrison enjoying his first ride!

Comments about Baby Trend Sit 'n Stand Elite Stroller:
This stroller is just what it says. Great for my two kids, ages 11 weeks and 3 years. I compared similar strollers in the store, and this one outdoes them all. Love the solid rubber wheels!
It is very easy to set up and store, and fits my Graco SafeSeat great.
The only difficulty I've had is when folding it up. I've yet to figure out how to collapse it with ease. The floor of the storage basket gets caught up in the front wheels, so it takes some extra arranging as you fold. Other than that, it's perfect!
Comments about Baby Trend Sit 'n Stand Elite Stroller:
I have a 2 1/2 year old and a 9 month old and we all love this stroller! I also have a side-by-side double stroller and never use it b/c it is just too cumbersome. I looked and researched for months before committing to another double stroller and I couldn't be happier if I designed this myself. I love the fabric on this stroller, the storage area is generous and there is room for everyone to stow a snack and drink. My infant loves being up front and looking at everything and my toddler loves switching between standing and sitting. It's also a very manageable size so I don't have a problem using it for my infant if my toddler decides to ride her tricycle. I have a minivan and it fits in the back nicely. All in all, I don't have any bad things to say. I tried out a number of tandem double strollers and sit and stands at Babies R Us and I like this model better than any I've seen or tried. The price is great too!

Comments about Baby Trend Sit 'n Stand Elite Stroller:
I love this stroller. I have a Eddie Bauer double stroller that was bulky, difficult to close and just all around BIG. My 2 1/2 year old daughter hated to sit in the back and it was a struggle to get her into the thing. I did some research on this Sit N' Stand and thought I would give it a try. I am so very happy that I did. The stroller is not much heavier than my single travel system, closes relatively easily and stears very well. My daughter loves being able to face me when sitting and likes the ability to get off and on by herself. My son is happy in the front seat and the sun screen is large enough to keep him covered. I bought the One Step sun parasol to use for my daughter and that has worked well also.
Overall, I would buy this stroller again in a heartbeat.
By the way, I have never gone back to write a review for a product before, but I felt that this one deserved the time.
Comments about Baby Trend Sit 'n Stand Elite Stroller:
My in-laws bought this stroller for me because I have an active 2-year-old who they knew no longer sits in strollers. This is perfect because I can put my newborn in the front with the car carrier and my toddler can walk. When she gets tired, she can hop on the stroller and stand or sit. I have taken this stroller on trails (walking, biking & jogging) and it manuevered nicely. I would definitely recommend this stroller to anyone looking for something that can fit in the car and go. The canopy can be alittle cumbersome when folding, but once the baby is facing forward, you really don't need it anymore.
Comments about Baby Trend Sit 'n Stand Elite Stroller:
This stroller is awesome because it is durable, easily set-up and great for a toddler and newborn. Unfortunately, the bulkiness and heaviness of the product make me not want to use it all the time. I feel that I need a smaller stroller just for my infant when we go on short jaunts where my 3 year-old can just walk.
Comments about Baby Trend Sit 'n Stand Elite Stroller:
My toddler has never been much of a rider, but she loves the option to stand in this one!

Comments about Baby Trend Sit 'n Stand Elite Stroller:
I have two kids, one is 3 and the other is 5 months. I thought this would be a life saver without having to get a huge double stroller. WRONG! The storage space is just average. The child standing or sitting in the back has NO canopy to shade or shield from the weather!! If the toddler falls asleep there is no where for them to lay their head or even sit back. It is extremely impractical. This is not a stroller I can use every day. Also, it is very heavy. I was very disappointed, it was not what it seems.
Comments about Baby Trend Sit 'n Stand Elite Stroller:
I LOVE this stroller (as does my 3 year old!). I get so many compliments on it. It has plenty of room underneath for the diaper bag, and is easily accessable when the snaps on the basket are undone. I like the design on the fabric, as it is neutral in color. The only con- it is lighter weight then my double stroller, but still bulky.
Good work on this stroller!! Makes life a little easier now that my oldest can get in and out as she pleases-
Comments about Baby Trend Sit 'n Stand Elite Stroller:
This stroller is so smooth, not bumpy like many others. Great for outside walks, or mall walking to. Very easy to put together.
Comments about Baby Trend Sit 'n Stand Elite Stroller:
I love this stroller. It's lightweight to get in and out of the car. It folds smaller than my single stoller. Our car seat fits great in the front seat and my 3 year old loves the sit and stand part. I do wish that the handle was a bit bigger and made a little easier to navigate with the weight of two children. The basket is difficult to access, but there is a snap on the side that can be undone and there is enough elastic on the basket rim to pull it down and push a small diaper bag through there. My other complaint would be that the seat belt for the toddler seat is not good enough to keep a climbing child in. My 3 year old can climb out of it. I do like the stap across the back so when she is standing she can lean against it. The stoller has been very durable and despite the few needed modifications I would still buy this again.
Comments about Baby Trend Sit 'n Stand Elite Stroller:
It is as easy to fold as my single stroller, and not to heavy.I got it in and out of the trunk myself five days after my son was born!!My three year old loves it too.
Comments about Baby Trend Sit 'n Stand Elite Stroller:
I love the stroller but the basket is hard to get in and out of. And I think that the seat could have the option of reclining a bit more. Also, the day I got the stroller I removed the tags on the top of the seat(which I have no idea why they would put them there anyways)but now the stitching came undone where the tags were and there is a hole in the seat cover. When I emailed customer service I was disappointed with their response and help and they advised me that there was no way for me to replace the seat cover..so now my not even used stroller is damaged...
Comments about Baby Trend Sit 'n Stand Elite Stroller:
This is a great stroller for my almost-3 year old and 8-month old. It only took about 15 minutes to assemble (and I'm not mechanically inclined!). It's light-weight, durable, and easy to maneuver. My older son loves that he can sit or stand! The only con is that I have trouble accessing the storage basket below the stroller, but overall I am very pleased with it. And it's such a good value!
Comments about Baby Trend Sit 'n Stand Elite Stroller:
I appreciate this product since I have very tall toddler who wouldn't fit in a double stroller, I only wish the canopy was higher and wider so it could cover both children's heads.
Comments about Baby Trend Sit 'n Stand Elite Stroller:
This is a great stroller! I am a mother of 2 boys, 2.5 and 1. We were using a double stroller and it was so hard to push them both sitting. By far this is the best and lightest to push. The foot rest and tray are hard to manage when folding. It is easier to remove them prior to folding. It is so durable and the rubber tires are a plus when you are from the north.
Comments about Baby Trend Sit 'n Stand Elite Stroller:
I have a 6 month old and a 3 year old. My 3 year old hates to sit in a regular stroller-the ability to stand on the board or sit on the bench has been great, he can get on and off easily. I've not had any problems with the board coming off like someone said, but he has turned the brakes on if he's sitting down and kicking his feet or when getting on and off. I wish there was a cover or something to protect them from his feet. The basket is a little hard to access-you can get in easily from the side and it holds more than you'd think. I guess it's not that it's hard to access but that it's not quick-you can't just reach in while moving like I could with my old stroller. We usually put coats and diaper bag in the basket so we're not getting in and out of it a bunch, I bought little hooks that fit on the bar that hold my purse and shopping bags-they are one of the best purchases I have ever made! The numerous straps are a little confusing, get tangled up or dangle-I wish there was a way to fasten the ones you don't need out of the way or remove them. It's easy to push, not that heavy, steers just as well as my regular stroller. It is a little longer especially with the infant carrier but you get used to that easily. The height is fine for both me (5'3) and my husband (5'10), but might be a little short if you're really tall. I wish it recclined a little more, my 6 month old can just now sit in it out of her carrier, and she can't sleep in it or her head doesn't have enough support. I know it doesn't to leave more room for the toddler to sit, but I would think it needs to be more reclinable and let you decide how much room works best for the toddler-especially if they are up and down and don't sit that much. It is a challenge to fold-although it says one hand I always have to use two. You have to adjust the wheels and canopy just perfectly or it doesn't latch and you have to start over. We haven't put the front tray on yet as we just stopped using the infant carrier, but if you have to take it off to fold it as some said that will be annoying. It doesn't take up any more room in my trunk than my travel system stoller, I wish it would stand up on it's own when folded, you have to lean it against something. Overall, it's well worth the expense if you have a baby/infant and a toddler who needs to ride sometimes but doesn't want to sit 'trapped' in a regular stroller or regular double stroller. This is especially great for somewhere like the zoo or shopping, where you're walking a lot and but also a lot for them to see so need to get up and down, in and out a lot. I think we'll be able to use it for at least a couple of years as my toddler isn't very big and probably won't be over the weight for a while.
Comments about Baby Trend Sit 'n Stand Elite Stroller:
We bought this when our 2nd was born to replace the cumbersome dual that I could not push and our oversized 2 y/o could not get her feet into. We've used it for over a year and have had no issues, until we lost the foot rest. Both the foot rest and snack tray must be removed for storage, but somehow our youngest kicked it off during a walk with Grandma and it was gone. I hope they are looking for a way to keep the great aspects of this stroller and integrate an attached foot rest and tray so that future papents don't have to inquire about replacement parts. Overall, the best stroller out there for multiple toddlers.
Comments about Baby Trend Sit 'n Stand Elite Stroller:
I absolutely love this stroller!! I have two kids that are 20 months apart. This was a life saver when I was Christmas shopping (or any type of shopping where cart is not available or don't want to use cart). My 2 year old loves sitting in the sit n' stand area and doesn't fight it at all like he started doing with his old stroller. My infant seat (Graco snugride) fit easily. Now my 7 month old rides in the actual stroller part and she seems to have no problems with it at all. I do wish it reclined more, but if it did, it would either make it so my son could not sit behind it or the stoller would have to be made longer, which I wouldn't want. I find it easy to fold down and a lot lighter than other strollers like it. I would buy this again and again!!
Comments about Baby Trend Sit 'n Stand Elite Stroller:
We bought this stroller for mainly family outings where we did not want to use our deluxe double stroller. It is perfect for our 27 month old who is always wanting to get in and out at parks and the zoo. Our 3 month old son also loves that he can watch his sister from his car seat. We live in Canada and so far it has stood up to our climate very well.
Comments about Baby Trend Sit 'n Stand Elite Stroller:
yeah its a perfect choice for a mother of 2 kids. the best thing abt this stroller is that its very easy to push with 2 kids . the other reason to buy this stroller is that its comes in my car trunk so easily, its so compatible.other double strollers n sit n stand strollers dont fit in many car trunks. But m not happy with the front seat ,it has only 2 reclyning positions in which ur baby cant sleeps comfortably.the seat doesnt recline very back. And the seat is so small too.

Comments about Baby Trend Sit 'n Stand Elite Stroller:
Jack be quick! I love this stroller. I have a 3 yr old and a 1 1/2 yr old. FIANALLY!!! A stroller that accomodates siblings and you don't have to be a weight lifter to push! With my first child I bought a travel system stroller. I also have a Jeep double stroller that is sooooo dificult to steer when both kids are in. This stroller pivets, steers, and handles as smoothly as my travel system single stroller. I have bought 4 strollers before this one. I know crazy....but when they are close together, strollers ar your life saver and you need one that you can push even with two toddlers.
The only draw back I can see is that even with the one hand fold operation you still need to adjust the front wheels so the stroller can colaspe and latch. But even with that this is a must for close together siblings. Oh, I obvisously didn't need to use the car seat carrier attachment but it easily works with my baby trend carrier. Too bad I didn't buy this first!! BUY BUY BUY.!

Comments about Baby Trend Sit 'n Stand Elite Stroller:
I loved this stroller from the moment I got it! I honestly don't know what I would do without it. I have a 3 yr old and a 5 mo old and they both love tihs stroller. It is easy to manuever (in fact it is easier to handle then the travel system I had for my toddler when he was a baby). It is lightweight and easy to fold and store in the trunk. It is compact enough to use in stores with small isles. Overall the best baby investment I have made! Highley recommend.

Comments about Baby Trend Sit 'n Stand Elite Stroller:
Purchased this stroller when my Daughter turned 2 and my Son was 7 months old. Perfect solution for a double stroller - my eldest loves the ability the get in and out on her own, and although the front baby portion does not lay as flat as a single stroller, the baby is comfortable enough to sleep in it. VERY easy to open and close - light weight and not as cumbersome as conventional double strollers. Much easier to manuever as well. Only slight negative is storage - I rarely am able to access the basket underneath (is difficult to get to) but the pro's far outweigh this one negative. We love this stroller!

Comments about Baby Trend Sit 'n Stand Elite Stroller:
I bought this stroller for my 3 year old and newborn and it has been perfect. It is thin enough to get racks while shopping and handles very well. I also love that it has 2 cup holders so that your older child can put a drink there also. My 3 year old loves to ride in this she either stands up or sits facing me strapped in.

Comments about Baby Trend Sit 'n Stand Elite Stroller:
I have loved this stroller. It was so easy to put together (I did it myself in a matter of a few minutes). There is plenty of space for both of my kids and they are actually happy to get in the stroller! It is a bit large, but that is to be expected from a "double" stroller- although, it is smaller than a tandem double stroller. It is east to maneuver, easy to fold down and equally as easy to set up. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with this purchase.

Comments about Baby Trend Sit 'n Stand Elite Stroller:
This stroller is incredibly easy to set up and as a working mother, I don't need any additional hassle and am always on-the-go. The trays will stay on and stay steady if you click them on correctly. It breaks down easily with the trays on if your wheel base is turned/not in the way. I LOVE this stroller and have tried the whole double-stroller thing before...this one is definitely easier. I must say, I have also never had a problem with the lower storage section either, and can even fit sand toys (buckets & shovels, etc) as well as pick up trucks for BOTH kids with easy access!!!

Comments about Baby Trend Sit 'n Stand Elite Stroller:
I love this stroller, however, I am frustrated about two things. First of all, I have a toddler who can easily flick the foot rest off with a good kick. So, my complaint is that it comes off easily. My second issue is that when you fold the stroller, you must remove the child tray, as well as the foot rest to properly fold it...otherwise it will not "lock" and fold. Then, you have two large pieces to store and manoeuver while getting it into your trunk.
Those 2 issues aside, I love this stroller. i get many looks and many questions about where I got it.
I would definately improve on the two above features however.

Comments about Baby Trend Sit 'n Stand Elite Stroller:
I really like this stroller. It's perfect for my 7 month old and my 3 1/2 year old. It folds up very easily and I think it is actually less bulky than our single stroller. It didn't take me long to get used to the extra length. I have had no problems with accessing the basket underneath while both kids are in it. I just unsnap the side of the basket and I'm able to get my huge diaper bag in it. The only improvement I would make is to allow the front seat to recline back more so that my younger child could sleep more comfortably. I have had several parents ask me where they can get one. I definately recommend it.

Comments about Baby Trend Sit 'n Stand Elite Stroller:
My 4 year old daughter loves this stroller especially when we go to the mall!It folds down easilly, & has a great tray.My only complaint would be the basket. It is very difficult to access the basket when you have an infant carrier in the front and a toddler on the back. [...]should change the toddler seat to flip up,this way one would have easy access to the basket...just a suggestion!
