The dress fit well, and was really cute, but the hat was too small for my daughter who has a little head. She was unable to wear the hat for trick-or-treating.

Comments about Living Fiction Studios Toddler Renaissance Witch:

Worked great in cool weather - You can layer clothes underneath and was cool in warm weather. Sturdy materials (for one year old). The dress was a little too long but that was an easy fix at the elastic waist line. My only problem, the hat was too small!

The costume is great, but without the hat you really miss something. I couldn't even get it to fit on her head. Very disappointing.

I bought this for my 20 month old daughter and the dress fits great but the hat is way too small. It will fall off her head is she even moves her head slightly. She is only 22 pounds with a average size head.

Comments about Living Fiction Studios Toddler Renaissance Witch:

I've bought many items from One Step Ahead and this is the first one that is truly poor quality. The fabric is flimsy, there are missing fasteners, the sizing did not match the description and there are no hems on most of the garment. It feels like something that Dan Akroyd would sell on an SNL skit.

Very cute costume. She has not worn it yet. Right after I opened the package I noticed that one of the seem in the back was ripped. I did not send it back because I will just try to fix myself and the seem that is affected will not really show.

Comments about Living Fiction Studios Toddler Renaissance Witch:

Costume is adorable, fit is ok and looks like picture BUT will need steam or iron unless you like the "frumpy witch" look. [...] And, as another reviewer mentions, medium hat is somewhat small for average 3yr-old and also made of slippery satin fabric that won't stay on, even after attaching an elastic string. We got another hat elsewhere and transferred the decorations. But the lacy layers and spiderweb sleeves are very pretty - just be careful when handling velcro on back. It will snag the lace easily. Snaps would have been better.

Comments about Living Fiction Studios Toddler Renaissance Witch:

I agree with previous posters, I bought the size 2t and the costume itself fits, but the hat is too small. We had to go and buy another witch hat to go with this costume. Too bad as the costume is really cute. The hat is just not the right fit for a child of this age group.

Comments about Living Fiction Studios Toddler Renaissance Witch:

The costume is absolutely adorable, however, as one of the other reviews mentioned, the hat is extremely small. It does NOT fit my 2 1/2 year old at all! So unfortunately, I have to come up with something creative to keep it on her head. Otherwise, the costume itself is very cute, especially the cobweb sleeves!

Comments about Living Fiction Studios Toddler Renaissance Witch:

I bought this costume for my 20 month old daughter for Halloween. The costume is so cute. The only complaint I have is that the hat doesn't fit her at all and the hat really finishes off the costume. I bought the 2-4T costume so that I would get another year from it and was bummed that the witches hat didn't fit. I had read a previous review from another parent that the hat was too small but I hoped this was an isolated incident. The hat clearly isn't big enough for the average toddler. By the way, my daughter's head circumference is in the 50th percentile so it really is a manufacturing issue and not that of a toddlers head being too large. It really is too bad. The costume is really fun and the hat would complete the outfit.

The hat is too small for my 2 year old. I would agree w/ previous reviews that there is no way this would fit a 4 yr old. Other than that, I love it! It is sooo cute!

Comments about Living Fiction Studios Toddler Renaissance Witch:

Cute costume, but the hat is small. I ordered a 2T-4T for my 25 month old who is 26 lbs & 36". The costume itself fits her nicely; maybe a little wide on her, but I can't imagine it fitting a 4 year old. It might fit a small 3 year old. She has a small head (25th percentile & fits into 6-12 month hats) but the hat doesn't come close to fitting. It does, however, fit my 8 month old perfectly. What a shame. The hat really completes the outfit.
