I bought this for my second child because every time I would lay her down to sleep she would cough/sputter and choke from mild reflux. This product works well for her and she sleeps soundly swaddled on the inclined surface. You do need to be careful about where you place the infant though, too high and her head hangs off after a little wiggling, too low and she's wiggled to the bottom. We don't use the heart-tones part of it but we love the fact that this product hugs her sides, is soft and inclined.
The product says on line and in the magazine that it vibrates, it does not!
That is why I bought it and sent it back after getting it.
This and a Lullabye CD after a feeding is the perfect arrangement for much needed rest.
It is a must have to bring a newborn home to his cozy new space.
I do belive infants need tummy time when awake and being watched one on one ....but for sleep...this is PERFECT!
the incline does not stay inclined and my baby wiggles himself out of it to easy he slides down and ends up either with his head at the bottom or in the middle might be good for a baby that does not wiggle alot

my little boy was too big for the product, but it would have been great. I like the fact that you can feel and hear the heartbeat.

The idea of the product is great but the execution is poor. It is too shallow and if your baby's feet hang off at any age he is too big for it. Our son is 9 weeks and 24 inches long, when if he kicks his legs enough he works himself off of the pillow. The design is flawed that way. We thought it would be great to help our little one sleep longer because he wakes himself up if laid flat. We tried to use it for a week and as stated he kept sliding down on it.
