I am grandparent/legal guardian of a 2 1/2 year old little girl who knows me only as her mommy. She has mild cerebral palsy and does a lot of crawling besides using her walker. These knee pads are a great way to protect her little knees when crawling on concrete and also protects the knees of her long pants. I would definitely recommend this product.

The knee pads will not adhere well to ceramic, laminate or hardwood. We tried them all. She cannot even crawl with them on. It's not really safe because the kneepads causes her to fall onto her belly and could result in bumped head or busted mouth. We decided that going without anything on her knees was safer for her. Would not advise anyone puchase these unless the baby is much older. Our grandaughter is 11 months.

I bought these knee pads for my new crawler. He just began crawling about 1 week ago and I noticed his knees were bright red. Since the weather is nice, we also do some outdoor activities. I read some of the reviews but thought I would try them out for myself. Boy am I ever glad I did. These things work fantastic. They did not slip and fit him perfectly. They stayed on him and gripped the surfaces so he did not slide. We took him to the soccer park and he happily crawled around the spectator field. This was a huge hit and I know of some other parents who will be purchasing these also. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed!

I bought these for my crawler because our berber carpet is rough. This product is poorly designed - the wrong side of the velcro is exposed when the knee pad is on, so when my baby was leaning to the side, the velcro would catch our carpet! I can't believe they overlooked this design flaw!

I bought this product for my son since we have all hard surface floors in our house. I thought they would be great since my husband and I were crawling around on the floor and our knees were killing us. Our son is only 8 months old, however they didn't fit and slipped down to his ankles. We ended up returning them. He doesn't seem to mind the hard floors and it is much better letting him explore and crawl around without chasing after him trying to keep the knee pads in place.

Bought this for my grandaughter who just started crawling and was getting cuts and bruises on her knees. I read some of the reviews that said they don't stay on and they could not be more wrong. My grandaughter is 8 months old and average size (even a little chubby in the legs) and these pads stayed on her perfectly! They have adjustable straps and the velcro is very strong. The non-slip surface works well on my tile floors and the hardwood floors at her own home. She was intrigued by them first and now gets mad when you try to take them off. Best invention ever, thank you Snazzy Baby!

Bought to use on In Laws brick flooring and they slip more often than not which isnt good for the baby....

These seem like a great idea, however, they were way too tight on my 9 month old's chunky legs. It cut off the circulation. Maybe these are better used on a younger baby that crawls. In that case, I think sizes would be beneficial.

The picture displays a child with the knee pads on bare legs. If you do decide to buy these use them only on a child that is wearing pants b/c they pinch and bunch behind the childs knee causing soreness and redness. They work great outside in the yard.

This is a great idea. I bought this product due to me having hard wood floors. My two year old son is special needs who gets around by crawling or using his walker and his knees have callouses starting. The material is very soft, especially on the knee cap area. I am impressed with its design. My problem is my son doesn't like change. He will not let me put the knee pads on him. We even tried putting them on my 6 yoa's knees and had her crawl around to "show" him it was okay. She commented on how she couldn't feel the floor when wearing them. I think it will be a great product once my son allows me to put them on him.

Pads are great for other tikes. Mine little guy apparently was a little too big. Will only have limited use of the pads since they are snug now on my 11 month old and he has begun to walk. If you are going to buy them buy them early on or not at all.

I bought these for my 10 month old daughter to use in the water fountain/sprinklers at the park being that he ground is a spongy concrete scratches her knees when she crawls, so these looked to be a good idea- not so much. The moment I put them on her she froze. She would not crawl. The knee pads freaked her out. Then when she did try them out they slide around and down her leg. My daughter has some meat on her bones, so it wasn't from being too thin. What a disappointment. At this time the knee pads serve absolutely no purpose. Maybe down the road she can use them when she learns how to ride a bike. Of all the things I have purchased from One Step this is absolutely my one and only let down thus far. Total Rip off.

I read the other reviews about how they come off & just didn't seem to work. I couldn't disagree more. Maybe if u put them on loose, like my hubby does, they tend to slide a little. But if u put them on properly, they arne't too tight & stay put. I have a fully tiled house & they are just PERFECT. Only complaint is the color. Her knees get a little sweaty when wearing, but nothing that doesn't go away the second u take them off. There are slight marks from the straps, but those go right away too. My daughter looked at them the 1st time on, pulled at them for a second, then was off. I really like this product.
