This toy is good. Both of my kids like it (ages 1 and a half and 3), and it does hold their attention, but there is a big BUT it comes apart into a bunch of pieces, and my kids figured that out fast, and every time they play with it they take it all apart and make a big mess and I end up having to put it back together, so that 5 minutes later it's the same deal again, so I because of that I wouldn't recomend it.

I bought this for my 18-month old niece. It was her favorite toy of Christmas. However, as she played, she grabbed pieces of the tower or ran into the structure. The pieces kept coming apart, requiring her father to continually reassemble. Also, if the pieces aren't reassembled properly or if the toy isn't level, the balls don't tend to roll (or roll slowly), causing baby frustration. When it's set up properly and the baby is calm, it works beautifully and she loves it!

We received this as a gift for my son's first birthday, which was 6 months ago. He & his older brother, age 4yrs, still love this toy and can never get enough of it! They will play together for a good long time! I do reccomend keeping the picture of it put together (on the instruction sheet) for future reference. Makes it much easier to put back together when you have 2 anxious kids watching & waiting! Also, for the older children, they may be able to look at the picture and put it back together themselves. Overall, a great toy! We love the Rollipop!

My toddler loves this toy, if only for a few minutes at a time. He seems to lose interest because the balls roll slowly so they can see exactly what's happening. I think he will like it more as he gets older. Also, it does fall apart when bumped, but this can be a good thing when you don't want your child climbing on it!

All of my patients (1 1/2 to 3 years) have loved this toy! Fun to watch and easy to play with. I tried it with my 10-month-old son, but he's a little too young and wants to use it to climb up on. With the older kids, if they try to take it apart, it looks like it could snap at the closures, but has held up pretty well so far.

Our nephew got this for his first birthday and our daughter just loved it (two months older). I couldn't find it anywhere and finally found it on One Step Ahead's website. She still likes it a lot! The balls go a little too slow - it's good that the kids can see what's going on, but it's not as exciting when the balls take such a long time to get to the bottom. My daughter can also take it apart too easily and she's already broken one tiny piece (luckily it doesn't affect the use of the toy). She likes to wear the pieces on her arms like they're bracelets. All in all, it's a fun toy - reminds me of Marble Works by Discovery Toys from when I was little.

My 19 month old twins love playing with this toy. It does fall apart easily if you pick it up but is easy to put back together.

My son LOVES this toy... until he bumps it, and it all falls apart. In reassembling it, some of the tiny parts that would slide into little grooves broke off, which, creates a major hazard to a child who puts things in their mouth. Good concept, but needs to be redesigned a bit to make it safer and a bit more durable when constructed.

My daughter at 4 1/2 will still sit and play with her 21 mo old brother for long periods of time. We are actually buying a second one so they can make it more complex. They love taking it apart and putting it together in new ways!

My daughter loved this after we put it up until she was about a year old. She will play with it as it is designed for about 5 min. Then she deliberately knocks it over & takes it apart. She loves the stacker pieces as a spyglass. She also loves to try and put other objects down the ball drop.

My 15 month old grandson LOVES this toy! The balls roll slowly, which keeps him mesmerized. The only negative is that the toy fell apart every time it was bumped and I had to look at the photo on the box to put it back together properly. I finally glued all of the pieces together and that solved the problem. It's definitely a toddler favorite at my house.
