I bought this for my 2 1/2 yr old because he is such a little independent guy and b/c I was getting tired of having to turn on his light at night so he could get something out of his room. He loves it too b/c he feels like a big boy. Now that we have started potty training, this will be great for the bathroom. I'm so glad I bought this, I wish I had bought it sooner. I also wish I had thought of it. I would recommend this to every parent with a toddler.

Easy to install, works great! My 3 year old loves that he can turn the light on and off himself and that it glows in the dark! I have multiple ones in the house, they are really great!

Bought these for our first child and have now moved them to the bedroom of our second child. Great to promote independence of toddlers. We use in bedrooms and bathrooms. Also just bought for daycare. It was a light show at first (on and off all day), but now they turn off the light when they go out of the classroom.

My daughter is 2 and was always complaining it was dark and she couldn't reach the light. Now she can go in her room and play and turn the light on by herself. She is so proud of herself:)

The idea is great. My 3yr old can reach it and pull it down(turn off the light)but when trying to turn it on, it bends if you she doenst have a hold at about the right spot. So she keeps pushing up on it and eventually she gets it, but it is frustrating for her. It is flexible, I'm not sure her pushing up on it would snap it off, but it could be sturder to ease use. We have it on a dark back porch where the light is across the room from the entrance, so I was hoping the glow in the dark would benefit us all in trying to find the light. Unfortunaely for us, it doesn't get enought light during the day to make it illuminate at night. But it does glow nicely when we shined a flashlight on it and turned out the lights. Overall, great idea, and sorta kinda works good.

I love this item and so does my son. He loves the independence this gives him. Now he can go into his room and bathroom by himself. Had a little issue installing in my bathroom, but that might have been my switch plate. This product does not fit over the decorative switch plates do we had to change it to the plain white one. Other than that it is a great product.

The last time our grandson visited we didn't have a light switch extension and the bathroom was too dark for him. Now he can turn on the light whenever he needs to, without calling any one to help.

I bought the Kid Switch with my 87 year old mother in mind. It is hard for her to reach the light switch so we installed this in her bedroom and her bathroom and it works perfectly. We also have a 2 year old granddaughter and she can now turn on the light in the bathroom all by her self. This Switch not only helps the young, but the older also. Love it!!!!!!!!

I have one in my son's bedroom and one in the bathroom. It's easy for him to use and he enjoys being able to turn the light on and off by himself. He's potty training, so it's even easier for him to be independent when going to the bathroom.

The screws are not quite long enough. I took the black o-rings off the screws and that made them just long enough to grab and hold, but some loosen up with use because they really are too short. This is a great idea though and my 2 1/2 year old LOVES that she can now turn on her bedroom lights all by herself. I would recommend this product.

I installed the light switch extension in my 2 year old son's bedroom and one on a kitchen light. He loves to be able to help and do it himself. No need to find a step stool he feels empowered and independent. It's great.

I placed these on the two light switches that gave my 4yr old the most problem. He is so excited that he can now turn on the lights by himself. It really did make a difference. Before he would get so frustrated and now he has a sense of accomplishment and independence that really builds his self esteem. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone with little children.
