I have given the water bugs to 3 little 1 year olds and they all enjoy their bath time more with them. When not in the bath they like them for teething. Catching the bugs in the net is great for eye hand coordination.

Our 20 month old enjoys filling the net with all her small toys and dumping them out. She also likes 'catching' the bugs as they float around the tub. She also likes putting the bugs inside the big fish scoop (another bath toy on this site).

We call these "Buggies". They have provided hours of fun for my grandson. We use them both at the pool and in the tub.

My son is 13 months and has been playing with these in his tub and small pool for about a month now. He LOVES them. He does not quite yet know how to pick up the bugs himself, but right now he likes playing with them and trying to figure out what to do with the net and the bugs. I am surprised how long he plays with this toy! I think it has a combination of skills and then just plain cool looking bugs and the net that also doubles as a hammer, when all else fails.

Bought this for my granddaughter - 2-1/2. She enjoys this toy in the bath tub - especially in a bubble bath where the bugs are hidden. Lots of fun!

My 10 month old son loves playing with the bugs in the bath tub. He isn't as into the net right now, but does enjoy watching my husband and I scoop the bugs up at the end of bath time. Mostly he just likes chasing the bugs around the water.

I haven't opened them yet. I tend to buy some items and then keep them as surprises as the kids tire of the same toys. We have the ring toss and the kids LOVE it so I anticipate that the bugs will go over big. I also think we'll use them in the pool for the summer. The shapes are just simple and fun, and having them in the bath as a game makes bath time a fun family time instead of just a chore before bedtime.

I have a 2 1/2 year old and a 9 month old, and they both love this toy. They bugs are fun to grab in a "wavy" bathtub for either child and my toddler loves to catch all different bath toys in the net. We have used this toy a few times a week for about a month, and so far everything is great!
