Make your pressure-mounted baby gate work even better! These clever wall protectors prevent the scuffs and dents that pressure gates can leave behind, and their rubber pads enhance stability by firmly gripping the wall. How they work: at 4¼" in diameter, they're substantially larger than most gates' pressure pads and wall cups, so they distribute the gate's pressure over a larger area. Place at the top of the safety gate.

      I use this item in conjunction with the bottom of the stairs gate. A simple wall protectant, that when installed (the gate) correctly, it serves its purpose, to protect the wall.

        The only downside was the small space left between the wall and pad to adjust the gate. I think it may be slightly frustrating to those who have larger hands. Well worth the effort in the end though!
