My two year old and I love to put up the day, month, date and weather and her mood. She loves to put up events for us to do. It really sparks lots of great conversations. Sometimes she takes all of the pieces and puts them in her play stroller or car, but she knows exactly where they go when it's time to clean up! It helps me keep track of the date, as a stay at home mom!

Overall its helping my daughter understand the days of the week. However the velcro part of the date is small and is hard to stick the double numbers too

Very cute, and my 4 year old son LOVES waking up to do this each morning. Nice variety of choices for emotions, activities, etc - and nice that they send some blanks so that you can really personalize it to your child. However, I had to have my first replaced because one of the pockets started ripping off in less than a month. Now, the second one is ripping in the same place - and that happened in only two weeks. So, a bit frustrated that the pockets are not more durable. Also, the numbers are hard to get in and out of the number pockets, which seem a bit too small for little fingers just developing motor skills. Could have been designed better at the bottom. BUT, overall, great service on the item and a wonderful teaching tool for your preschooler.

My 4 year old daughter absolutely loves this daily planner. It is a great accompaniment to what she is learning in preschool - days of the week, months, seasons, etc. When I ask her how she is feeling that day, we choose the appropriate feeling and add it to the planner. It has also done wonders for my daughter and her communication skills - she now says all the days of the week, months and seasons as we're adding those selections to the daily planner.

I love this for my twins as we will start learning the days of the week, months, weather, feelings and activities. They will get to do hands on learning. I felt I could have made it myself if I only had the time so I didn't want to pay for it. Grandma ordered it and gave it to us as a present. When we saw it, I became disappointed in the craftmanship. There are a lot of uneven stich lines, the bottom is not lined up straight, and the numbers for the date don't even fit into their little holders. I wouldn't suggest it if you're a perfectionist and thought you might be able to make one yourself.

My 3.5 year old son love this. He feels important setting up the day or talking about the day and it helps him to talk about what he wants to do. It's a great time to talk about the Months/Year, etc and a great vocabulary exercise!

My daughter just got this as a Christmas gift. She loves it. I am happy because it is slimmer than I thought. I can hang it in her door easily. There are plenty of pockets for all of the options. Just a little tough for her to put the numbers away herself. Highly recommend!

At my suggestion, my parents purchased this for my daughter for her first birthday in June 2012 (which we celebrated a week beforehand). We began using this the very next day. My daughter LOVES calendar/planner time! She is learning the days, months, emotions, seasons, ie. I have a song/tune that I sing for each portion of the planner that makes learning even more fun! I would definitely purchase this again! She's 18 months now.....don't let the manufacturer's suggest age (18 months) keep you from using it sooner.

the pockets for the activity and feeling sticker came off after only 2 weeks. very annoying. otherwise my daughter loves it and it is a great way to learn days, month etc.

I bought this for my son 6 months ago, around the time he turned two. He loved it from the beginning, since he adores numbers! Since we got this, he has learned all the days of the week and months of the year. My problem with the planner is that it was not made to withstand young toddlers' hands. Toddlers (at least my toddler son) do not put things away gently. The pockets that hold the Feelings and Activities are sewn on but not reinforced in any way. Within the first week, the pockets started to tear away from the base at the seams. I'm not sure that re-sewing them will even help. I wish this were a little less flimsy, because I don't know if it will be at all in tact much longer.

This is a very nice product. It would be nice if it came in pink for girls. Would be nice if the pockets at the bottom that hold the numbers were a little larger. Hard to get the numbers out and back in. It would also be nice if there were holiday pieces. Still a great learning tool for little ones.

I love this planner - I got it for my daughter for her first birthday. Even though she won't know all the items on the planner for a while, it will be good to get in the habit of teaching her about days of the week, seasons, numbers, etc. I hung it on the back of her bedroom door and we go over it in the morning. Good quality and good product - I looked other places and this one was the best for the price.
