My husband is very unstable and this gives him great feeling on the bottom of his feet to steady himself. It is soft but has volume to the mounds of the mat.

Very happy with this shower mat. I wasn't looking for cushion. While this is comfortable, it is not super cushy. I was looking for something to make the shower less slippery for our son and this did the trick. We don't have a small shower, but the layout of the shower floor required a small mat and this one fits perfectly. Couldn't be happier!

I just purchased this mat in order to bathe my baby in the sink...so it is really useful for that purpose...she sits up and I don't have to worry about her slipping...but if I had purchased it for a shower it would be too small...so it really depends on what you need it for.

I have been trying to find a mat that didn't smell too bad that worked. I have tried others and thrown them away because the rubber smell never leaves! This one the smell left!! I have it in both my standing showers, and now in my sons tub. It is square so it is perfect for the shower, but also does the trick for the bath. It is smaller then I expected for the shower, but it still really works just great.

I have tried MANY bath and shower mats. This is the best so far. It sticks to the tub/shower floor and does not slip. I don't feel like I'm going to slip while standing, and my kids have never slipped while on this mat during bathtime. I would give it 5 stars, but this mat is NOT cushy like the description says. The lack of cushiness is fine for my family, I prefer no-slip over cushy any day.

The description states that it will not stick in showers with a textured surface, and that is true. Our shower floor is only lightly textured and the suction cups don't stick; I'm not sure that you could find a shower floor that doesn't have at least some texture on it. However, we still use the mat for our kids and it stays in place even without the suction cups, so that isn't a big deal. It makes our 4 and 2 year old both more comfortable and confident in the shower and we haven't had any slips since using it, so overall we are satisfied.

I love this product! Fits standard shower great. It is not slippery at all and stays in place. My toddler loves this mat in the shower, she has no worries about slipping. Great Product!

My boys are too big for an infant tub and not yet big enough for a regualr bath tub. The sink was too slippery. I purchased this mat for the sole purpose of bathing my sons in the kitchen sink and it's great! They can sit and not slip, it's much less stressful for me.
