THIS POOL IS TERRIBLE!!! I HAVE NEVER WRITTEN A REVIEW IN MY LIFE BECAUSE I AM A BUSY MOM OF 2 ..BUT I FEEL SO STRONGLY ABOUT PREVENTING OTHERS FROM PURCHASING THIS PRODUCT!!!!!! BIGGEST COMPLAINT..THE SEAM BUSTED ON THE SIDE OF THE POOL NEAR THE CLIMBING WALL AND THE PLASTIC ON THE BOTTOM OF THE POOL AREA HAS PEELED UP IN A 12X12 INCH AREA!!!! ALSO, THE SLIDE IS SUPPOSED TO HOLD ALMOST 200 LBS AT THE TOP..THIS IS FALSE!! I WEIGH 115 LBS AND WHEN I PLAYED WITH MY DAUGHTER IN THE POOL I WANTED HER TO LAUGH SEEING ME GO DOWN THE SLIDE, SO I CLIMBED UP AND THE ENTIRE AREA SWALLOWED ME ON EACH SIDE (AT THE TOP OF THE SLIDE), I SUNK, AND EVEN WORSE, ONCE I WAS MIDWAY DOWN THE SLIDE, THE POOL STARTED TO COLLAPSE AND DUMP WATER OUT THE SIDE..AND YES, THE POOL WAS ON FLAT GROUND!!!! FALSE ADVERTISEMENT IF YOU ASK ME. MY HUSBAND AND I ARE SO DISAPPOINTED GIVEN THE POOL WAS SO MUCH FUN FOR OUR 2 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER FOR THE FEW TIMES SHE USED IT BEFORE IT WAS RUINED!!!! WE HAVE A 9 MO OLD SON WHO DID NOT USE THE POOL. THE POOL MUST BE TOTALLY DRY BEFORE PACKING UP AND IS LARGE AND DIFFICULT TO CLEAN. THE ENTIRE POOL LOOKS SUNBLEACHED AND WE HAVE ONLY HAD IT FOR A COUPLE OF MONTHS. I READ OTHER REVIEWS FROM PEOPLE WHO SAID THIS WAS A GREAT POOL FOR ADULTS AND CHILDREN...NOT SURE HOW MANY ADULTS WEIGH LESS THAN 115 POUNDS THAT WENT DOWN THE SLIDE WITHOUT IT COLLAPSING, BUT I DON'T SEE HOW ON EARTH ANY ADULT WOULD NOT COLLAPSE THAT AREA. I HAVE BEEN ON HOLD THIS ENTIRE TIME TRYING TO OBTAIN A REFUND FOR THIS POOL! WE ATTEMPTED TO GO THROUGH THE PROCESS FOR A REPLACEMENT THROUGH THE NUMBER FOUND ON THE POOL, HOWEVER, SINCE THAT TIME, THE SEAM BUSTED AND NOW WE JUST WANT A REFUND. THIS POOL IS AWFUL. WHEN WE PURCHASED, THERE WERE NO REVIEWS TO READ AND I WISH I HAD WAITED, SINCE I DID SEE SOMEONE ELSE HAD THE SAME ISSUE WITH THE SEAM BUSTING AND THE POOL WILL NOLONGER INFLATE. ALSO, IF ANY WATER GETS ON THE BLOWER CORD, FROM KIDS SPLASHING, IT WILL NOT WORK AGAIN UNTIL IT DRIES COMPLETELY IN THE SUN FOR SEVERAL DAYS. THIS HAPPENED TWICE..PRIOR TO THE BOTTOM PLASTIC PEELING UP AND SEAM BUSTING. THE FUNNY THING IS, WE ARE VERY PARTICULAR PEOPLE AND TAKE GOOD CARE OF OUR THINGS.. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. FURTHERMORE, I HAVE BEEN WAITING ON HOLD FOR 17 MINUTES TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE TO GET A REFUND AND THE PHONE JUST CLICKED AND SAID "IF YOU NEED HELP, HANG UP AND CALL THE OPERATOR" WOW! THIS IS UNBELIEVABLE. AGAIN..THIS IS THE FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE, EVER, WRITING A REVIEW. DO NOT BUY THIS POOL!!!!!!!!!!!! I WILL BE POSTING PICTURES OF THE ISSUES I WROTE ABOUT IF I CANNOT GET SOMEONE ON THE LINE TO GIVE ME A REFUND!

Bought this for my almost 3yr old granddaughter as an alternative to a pool. She loves it, as do the adults and older kids who can also go down the slide. She zips up the climbing wall all by herself and down the slide like a little racer. It sets up and comes down easy, just remember to dry it well before putting back in bag. We've only had it for a short time but so far so good.

set up fine / water runs out through the seams /water backs up in the blower / cant get through to the manufacturer / you get put on hold for hours and nobody ever answers / this tells me they have an awful lot of complaints and i wish i researched this product more before i bought it. woulnt recommend this to my worst enemy!

My older daughter (4yrs. old) enjoys the slide and pool but the slide doesn't hold as much weight as it advertised-- which was evident when her older cousins came over and used it. Plus it's kind of a pain to clean it and make sure all the water is out in order to store it. For the price, I expected it to be more sturdy. Overall, this project is just OK.

We purchased the Typhoon Twist Water slide and pool for our 7 grandchildren ranging in age from 6 months to 7 years. They ALL enjoy it. All 7 can play comfortably on the slide and in the pool. The water from the "gun" attached to the pool area and the shower head above the slide let the pool fill up slowly and gives the babies (6 & 9 months) time to play in the water before the big kids get warmed up and completely take over. :-)

I was concerned at first about the fact that once the air supply is turned off, the complete set is deflated, allowing all the water to drain out. However, it does make it easier to move if necessary and get clean water each time. And it set up is VERY easy and quick!!!

My kids love this slide (ages 8,6,4). The pool area is HUGE which is both good and bad. Great for when they want a break from the slide and can splash around, bad for when it has to be filled and emptied. As with all inflatable water products, emptying and drying out are the most time consuming - but worth it for the amount of fun the kids have. My one concern is the ladder/wall to climb up is steep and a little difficult for the younger crowd to do without help. For that I give it only 4 stars. I wish there were an inflatable section or cushion at the bottom of the wall. Other than that - hours of fun. Only used a couple of times - but seems durable - we had 7 kids under the age of 9 using it at one time without a problem.

I bought this product for my 3 year old son to enjoy while I could sit by with his infant sister. Upon initial setup, my husband noted it was leaking along the seams of the pool near the entrance cut-out. My son played in it the first time for about 3 hours and by tn end of that time the pool had began to leak significantly from the seams of that entire side, flooding our yard. When we used it a second time today the problem had only gotten worse. Based on the other good reviews, perhaps we just received a faulty product. However, Ensuring the slide and pool are completely dry before storage is a tedious and time consuming process that requires multiple people, a few hours of dry time, a continuous manipulation of the slide. Due to the seam issue and the flooding yard we've only used this twice and I'm hoping we can return it for a refund.

Great product. The set up is easy. My daughters (3 and 5) played in it all day. I only wish it had more drain holes and there was a way to disconnect power and not lose the water. Also would be great if there was a way to pump/ circulate the water bc if u turn off the water than the "shower slide" feature turns off. Other than these "areas for improvement" it's a great product!

I love this product!Great way to cool off on a hot summer day!The hose to the watergun was split and doesn't work right.Going to see if there is anything you can do or send a replacement part.Other than that it's a awesome item!

This product was a little pricey however a success at our house with our two girls (2) & (7). I am sure we will get our monies worth this summer.

We bought this for my 2 year old son he is not able to climb up the slide on his own so we have to help him. It was the best investment for the summer he wants to play in it everyday. It is pretty easy to set up and take down. The blower is great it inflates the pool within 2 minutes. The big pool at the bottom is wonderful & big enough so several kids can use it at once.

Great fun for the kids. Would be even better if the pool feature could be used without having to keep the blower running. You must run fan or loose all the water in the pool.

My husband and I bought this for our children, as well as our nieces and nephews. They have had so much fun playing on it each time we've brought it out...honestly, it's hard to get them off of it!!!! It is very easy to set up and a ton of fun for all of the kids!
