These are really easy for my 2 1/2 year old to use, and the case makes it easy for him to put them away by himself, and see all the colors at once. The case closes well to prevent spilling.

These crayons are strong and my kids enjoy taking them in and out of the case almost as much as coloring. However, they kinda remind me of those pencils you can never really get sharp. They don't really put a lot of color on the paper.

I purchased these for my 2 year old daughter. She loves them. The case is slightly hard to open. If she closes it by accident, then someone must re-open it for her. But, this is not necessairly bad; I can close it and KNOW she can't re-open. (Because she can hold on to the case, she doesn't "throw a fit" when it's time to stop coloring.)

Also, the crayons have no paper, which is great. There is no paper to peel away and thus less mess to deal with.

The crayons are great for little hands! Lots of colors! And the fact that they're not wrapped in paper is great - no waste, no ripping, and no fuss! Just coloring fun!
The only downside is the box - it's not easy to open. My 2 year old definitely can't do it, and I have difficulty myself at times.

My kids love to color, but they have no interest in these crayons because the colors are dull and they require quite a bit of pressure to use (except on the wall, where they seem to suddenly perform well.) I love other Melissa and Doug stuff, but these are a dud!

Brilliant idea - picking up conventional crayons off restaurant floors constantly was starting to get annoying, so this is great! We love them at home too as we don't lose crayons under the sofa anymore!

These are great first time crayons for young children. My daughter is pretty rough and they stand up to her use. The case is a little tough to open, even for me.

These are well-made. They color well. They are smartly packaged in a sturdy, easy-to-use box. Best of all, they do not roll! They're pricey crayons, but they're well-made, and they don't roll. Sounds crazy, but it's worth it to not have to crawl under tables, etc. and go after run away crayons! I put four or five in a ziploc to tow out to dinner since my two year old certainly doesn't need a full palette when we're out to dinner.

I wasn't sure at first, but after they came I, my granddaughter and her mom loved them. Easy to hold, don't break, great colors, nice box for containment and easy to store. My neighbor liked them so much she had me order 2 sets for her and I bought 2 more myself. I have not been disappointed in anything I have purchased from this company.
