      The first one we received didn't work, but after sending a quick email, they sent out another one super fast! Great customer service! I would definitely order from this company again! The product is lots of fun. It would be perfect for a child at least 18 months. My granddaughter is only one, but loves watching me blow dry my hair. Thought she'd like her own, but is a bit too young. Time will go fast. She likes watching me use it and watching the confetti blow around!

      Not as good as the hand-held vacuum. Fist one was broken. OneStep quickly replaced it , but still has lack-luster performance overall.

      I was so excited to give this hair dryer as a gift. However, it doesn't work well at all. I put brand new batteries in it and it sounds like a sick hair dryer. I threw the box away that it came in or else it would definitely be going back. Don't waste your time or money!
