    I ordered this because it seemed like a great value since it was on sale. I failed to realize that it requires rings in order to work, which it does not come with, so you must either have a toy with a hook on it, or you must have a hook available to attach the tether to the toy (and the toy must have something to attach a hook to). Otherwise, you just have straps with a circular opening on the end that are useless without a ring. I'm going to keep it, but I think the product description needs to be edited to better clarify this requirement instead of saying "Attaches to strollers, highchairs, car seats, play yards, and shopping carts, turning any small toy into a can't-lose stroller toy or highchair toy." It's not ANY toy, it's any small toy that can be secured using a ring.
