Tower of Doom Play Castle Set

The castle looks great, the detail is fantastic, I wish the construction was more sturdy, it does'nt have "locking" parts, so when moved it can come undone in places, but my son loves it and I am very satisfied with the purchase.

We've only had the Tower of Doom for 3 weeks but so far it has been a hit. It gets more play time than any of the other Christmas toys. I have a 3 year old and a 5 year old. The 3 year old particularly likes it as this is the time he is really developing his imagination. It is made of sturdy wood and looks pretty cool too! It does take some time to put together. It would be nice if it came with more figures. I would buy this again.

My 6 year old got this for Christmas. We looked at many different castles for him and ended up choosing this one and I am so happy with it. It is very large and tall, but the great thing about it is that it's very open so it's easy for my 2 boys to use their knights and other action figures in it. It has a great drawbridge and a fun trap door, too. The figures that came with it are great and we got some Papo knights, horses and fantasy figures to go with it too. This toy has definitely gotten the most play of all the things our kids got for christmas. Great choice, worth every penny.

This is the 2nd Castle I have purchased from One Step Ahead. I don't regularly see them offered in the catalog and one time I went to order I was too late and they were sold out with no indication of a re-stocking date. I view them as purchases to be played with for the period of time my son chooses to play with it then packed up and stored for his son one day.
