We finally found a teether designed for back teeth! While others are too big for tiny mouths, this little wonder reaches swollen rear gums. Its chewy nubs provide soothing relief, and the "pacifier" shield prevents over-insertion. The only teether for emerging molars! FDA-approved materials. See Product Details

Comments about KidGear The Teethifier Ii Advanced Back Teeth Teether:
Bought this on a whim, but my 10 month old loves it. He only has his bottom front teeth so far, but loves to chew this with his back gums and front.

Fantastic Product
By J.V.

I was told by a friend that when molars arrive it is extremely painful for the baby, and she was right. Your baby will be very uncomfortable but this teether helps a lot. The biggest accolade I can give to this product is that my daughter hates pacifiers and she has no problem using this teether. She likes them so much that I purchased a small army of them so that we have plenty available. Really the only negative to this product is they do not stay cold long because they are not filled with water.
Great teether

My baby love to chew on this and it is very easy for him to hold and pick up on his own.
Great for molars!
By SLOflick

We tried using this for the original molars, and our daughter would get a little frustrated, confusing it with a pacifier (trying to suck on it). But our daughter teethed, including all the molars, very early. So it was only 50 percent effective for the first set. Now that she's two and getting her new molars, she requests this "cold" (I put it in a baggie and keep it in the fridge) and goes furiously at it when she needs some relief.
My baby was not interested
By Chuparosa

My baby is a 7 month old female. She is teething right now. Mostly her front teeth. This may be the reason she may not be interested in this product. Although I do believe it is hard. She is interested in other Teething products that are a bit softer or tender.
Great idea

I like the product-construction, idea, quality. I was not able to convince my child to try it. She had been chewing through her pacifires when her molars were coming in-so thought this would be perfect. We were also trying to get her off the pacifire and she only wanted her pacifire and would not even give it a chance. I still think it is a good product if you can get your child to buy into it ;)
My son loves it
By Amy

Now that my son is starting to get his back teeth in, I needed something he could chomp on back there! This works great. I was a little skeptical when the reviews said their kids were gagging cause it was too big, but not the case with my son. He's just turned one.

Not a fan

My son doesn't like it and just throws it on the ground when I hand it to him. So far it was a waste of money.
great product....

This is a great product but my toddler just doesn't like teethers! My sister in law used it with my nephew and it worked wonders though.

No benefit yet
By MommyShopsAlot

We bought this for our 7m old who was already teething, but it's far too large for him. He practically gags. I could see where this would be good for a teething toddler, but not for under a year.
good in theory not in execution

child did not like it.

Unfortunately, my 14month old would not put it in her mouth at all. I think it is too big and intimating.
Seems a little big
By AUMama

I got this for my 1 year old, whose back teeth are coming in, but unfortunately the "v" shape makes it a little too wide for his mouth. I tried putting it in his mouth myself (doing 1 side at a time), but he just pulled it out. So, ultimately it was not useful since he couldn't get it in his own mouth easily.
unsure

i think this teether would be great, but my daughter has absolutely no interest in it. she's a chronic pacifier user and is constantly chewing on them so i thought this would be perfect! after receiving the teethifier, i can say that it's definitely durable, well-made and seems that it would be the right size for a toddler's mouth. if you have an open-minded toddler this would be worth a try. it's only a 4 star review because my daughter's not interested, not because of the construction.
Fantastic teether!
By Z's Momma

I wish I had found this months ago! This wonderful teether must feel so good on my son's erupting molars. He will gnaw away on it cheerfully! It also seems to be helping with front teeth (canines), and the ring at the top ensures that he isn't dropping it everywhere. It's a good fit for his little mouth--not too big, not too small.
