We love this product. We've had it for a couple of years and used it at least 10 times at various beaches. You have to practice putting it up but once you do - no problem. We always use the sand pockets, never the stakes. That may be why we don't have any problems. Fits two chairs and a blanket with room to play. Easy to collapse and fit in the bag, just need to remember how it folds. Plus its light, even I can carry it.

This is the perfect tent for a family. It has enough room for a blanket, chairs and the kids can still play in the sand. It was very easy to put up and take down. Overall, it is a great product!

This product broke at first stage of setting up not a easy assemble product it took all of four people to try and set up on the beach very dissappointed would love to return it and try another. For the price I paid I thought I was buying a extremely good product should have gone to [@] and bought a tent.

We orgiginally ordered this product last year and were excited to use it at the beach. However, the first day we used it, one of the supports broke! We tried our best to fix it, but even the smallest breeze blew the whole tent over with the broken support. We were very disappointed. Now, as we're planning our trip to the beach this year, we called Customer Service and let them know what happen. They located our original ordered and agreed to replace our cabana- all we had to do was return the broken one! We have not yet used the replacement, so I'm hesitant to give more than 3 stars. The design and idea is great. We are hoping that our new one will be a bit more sturdy.

DO NOT BUY THIS!! It is a piece of junk and broke while trying to set it up! If one tiny gust of wind blows the whole thing collapses! Luckily, one step ahead refunded us the money, no questions asked!

We purchased this cabana to provide shade for our 2 year old at the beach. We have found it very useful for providing shade and allowing a breeze through for comfort. Tents and Cabanas get stuffy fast. This one is comfortable. My son napped inside during our summer vacation last year and we wouldn't travel without it. We use it at the lake as well so we can stay outside and let him nap comfortably. It is a little tough to set up but stayed in place for us with the sand pockets.

I have used this tent over 10 times on the beach, in every condition...windy, calm, etc., and I love it. It is extremely easy to use once you've tried it out a few times (I practiced at home and also watched the video to make sure I could do it before taking it out on the beach). I can put this tent up myself while my husband watches my twins. Had several people come up to me on the beach and ask where I got it because they had watched me put it up myself in under 5 minutes and were amazed! Looking forward to using it this year as well. Highly recommend and have had none of the issues others have posted about...I'm thinking user error in most instances.

Bought this for the beach because I wanted to have a sun-protected area for my 3 year old. I "practiced" setting it up at home and it was very difficult. I'm very handy...I can put together things that most men can't. I installed a cam shaft in my first car. But I could not easily figure out how this thing worked. I brought it to the beach anyway. While trying to put it up on a breezy beach, it broke. I never even got to use the darn thing. Extremely disappointed.

bought this so my infant could play outside and be protected from the sun but the sun is not blocked well at all and it's hot inside

Very spacious. Pretty easy to set up. But I wish there was an option to open the screen windows so we can have breeze AND sun protection. We thought it did and are considering making a return.

We really like the functionality of this tent. It goes up easily (with 2 people) and provides good coverage on the beach for several people.

However, the fabric quality is poor for the cost of the item (I paid full price in the spring). The nylon (striped area) is very thin and would tear easily, and the mesh is so thin that we've already snagged it as we were moving things in/out of the tent.

I state that I "would not recommend this to a friend" because I feel that I overpaid for this item based on its materials.

I bought this tent because we live in Arizona and have a toddler that needs to be protected from the sun, also I bought it to set up while the kids play sports and need a place to rest and not sit in the hot sun when its already hot outside.
I received it yesterday and was so anxious to set it up and I must admit I am impressed and cant wait to use it this weekend.
One thing that isn't so great is that it smells pretty bad (a bad plastic smell). I am hoping that after a few uses it will air out and not be so smelly.
