Use this product at the pool to keep my son's feet from getting burned or scratched by the concrete on the side of the pool or the concrete in the pool. Love how easy it is to get on him and how much lighter it is than traditional "water socks."

I purchased these shoes for our son's first time at the beach. This was a great product and he was very comfortable wearing the shoes.

I can not comment about using this product other than the beach or if it can stand the wear and tear of a walking/running toddler. My son was only a crawler at the time.

Overall, it did what I expected.

These were perfect at the pool. Not bulky like swim shoes, easy to put on, LIghtweight. I loved them for my granddaughters.

I bought these socks in hopes that my 4yr old would finally walk in the surf and they wouldn't fall off and guess what? It worked!! He loved them and wore them 3 days straight to the beach. They packed well and they didn't rub or irritate his skin. Excellent product!

Works for my child, first got them when 13mths and just walking. Works well by the pool and stay on really well. Have bought a second pair in next size (medium) up for winter holiday in the sun. They are not made for a lot of walking but work well for poolside uses.

Bought these for my Grandson age 4. Used them at the lake off the wood dock and on the boat, ski jets and for snorkling. He loved them. Hope you will get more in stock in all the sizes as he grows and for my Granddaughter too. His Mom liked them too and wants to buy them for friends kids for Christmas gifts.

I often buy products from One Step Ahead and I'm usually more than happy. Not this time. I specifically bought these for our vacation last week (August 2012) and by the FIRST DAY the sole of the sock was wearing away. By the end of the 3rd day you could see the white padding from the inside of the sock and by week's end, there were holes where my son's big toes were. What poor craftsmanship for such a typically reliable company. Badly done, One Step Ahead. Sadly I bought two pairs as I was not sure of the size my son would take.

I LOVE these!! I bought some last year for the beach & bought another pair this summer!! And I will buy them again! They are perfect for the beach. While all the other people were complaining about the sand burning their feet, it never bothered my 2 year old!

I don't think this is a bad product for the right uses--poolside maybe, or a sandy beach. I sent ours back though because I was looking specifically to add some grip to my daughter's feet as she climbs on wet rocks. We ended up getting the Stay-Put Swim Shoes instead, and they were perfect for our purpose

Product was used for swimming pool but the bottom of the sock did last past a full day of use in the pool. Material on the sole of the booties developed holes after 1 day. Too bad as the sizing, style, and ease to put on a toddler were great and we hoped would bne a better alternative to the bulky swim shoes but it did not turn out that way

We used these on the beach. My 19month old did not mind wearing them. They stayed on and protected his feet against the hot sand and rocks in the sand.

I love them....they look so comfortable on my 12 month old.We first got them at about 10 months but I got them as a slipper to be around the house and playtime..now I even go grocery shopping with them.but of course, I won't let her walk on the outdoor with them because they are more like a soft fabric with thin plat forms...
