I bought two, for my two year old and my four year old, for a beach vacation. The girls liked the pattern and wanted to wear the hats. Great start. The hats stay on moderately well but they don't stay put as well as any of our other regular (not quick-dry, no flap in back) sun hats. The quick-dry feature and the neck flap are great. But we had to put the hats back on a number of times during each day at the beach, and eventually the girls just wanted them off. My girls love to wear hats but not if they come off repeatedly. Frustrating. Another annoyance is that the cute bows you tie in back come out a lot too. I wouldn't care but my girls loved the bow feature and made me retie the bow each time it came out.

Have this hat for all of my granddaughters. It stays on, it "breathes" so they don't get too hot, and stays on well-even in a boat

My daughter wore this hat in the pool in Aruba. She is 2, has a small head, and it was very windy but the hat hugs her head and never flew off. She preferred this hat to bucket hats. It was her favorite hat.

Provided great coverage and was comfortable enough that my daughter kept it on. Was able to relax more at the beach not having to constantly adjust her hat.

This is a great product! We bought a bunch of summery hats to shade her face and neck from the sun, but whenever she was sitting in her stroller, the baby bjorn or her carseat - the hats would slide forward or move so she couldn't see or it wasn't really shading her at all. This hat stays put and has a cute little tie at the back that really secures it - awesome! The only problem is that it's made out of swimsuit material so it's really hot and doesn't breathe very well (I thought it would be made out of cotton). I guess the reason for that is so the kids can wear it in the pool - but we always go to indoor pools.

Was looking for a full coverage hat for my 18 mo. old. This will do the trick. Lightweight, will stay on her head w/out a tie and fun design.

Great Hat. We have very fair skin and it is hard to keep hats on my kids. This stayed on for both my 4 year old and my 6 year old at the beach. Best of all they liked it too.
