      Great bookshelf, but the personalization is cheap. I thought it would be painted, but it's vinyl stick on letters and they are off center! I'm ready to peel them off!

        I bought this book shelf years ago from One Step Ahead/Leaps and Bounds. (At least 5 or more years - 3 kids, many moves...you understand why I don't remember exactly when!)At the time, [$] was a lot to spend, but it has been well-worth it. And now, we have more books than we know what to do with...time to buy another. Extremely sturdy. Ours has been packed with books for years...no bending of the boards and no worries about tipping.An investiment that will last.

          I like it overall, looks and feels solid. My husband assembled it and he said that he had some issues with the back part due to the tilt. I'm a little disappointed with the personalization. I know that it wasn't specified but it looked like it is engraved but it's not. They are just stickers. My daughter's name has 7 letters and it barely took 1/3 of the space. Not like the picture shown.

                  We've been looking for a bookshelf for our 2 year old for some time. When we found this one it really fit the bill. It is very strong. The shelves are slightly tilted back so it is more difficult, if not impossible for a little one to pull over. This is NOT particle board which is so wonderful. I HIGHLY recommend. In fact, we are going to purchase a second one!
