Soft Insulated Lunch Pail

Item #: 20466

What's in the lunch box? Whatever you want! That's 'cuz we designed our kids' lunch bag to hold even bulky food containers (the kind that other lunch boxes can't). Our lunch bag gives kids more carrying options, too, with a feel-good handle, hands-free shoulder strap, and handy backpack clip. (Works beautifully with our Backpack, sold separately). Sturdy and well-insulated, with a separate drink compartment and secret pocket for notes. Great for daycare and school, and unlike licensed lunch boxes, kids never outgrow its timeless good looks. Imported. Designed by OneStepAhead!

Personalize it for just $6 more. Please note: The last name will be represented by the larger initial in the middle (i.e. if your initials are ABC, enter them as ACB.) (Personalized items can't be returned unless the product is defective.)

This lunch box is the perfect size! It is big enough to carry a solid lunch, and I'm able to sneak in a sandwich for myself too! I was concerned it might be too small but it's not. I also love the long shoulder strap which makes it easy for me to carry around.

I bought this for my 6yr old daughter and she loves it! The pink/green combo with her initials is just adorable. This bag has so much room and keeps things cold/hot until lunch time. I also like that there is two ways to carry it. I think its high quality and will last for many school years. I already have recommended this to my friends and plan to buy another when needed.

The overall size is a little large (it doesn't fit into the matching backpack) and the water bottle holder area (if that's what it's for) holds bottles horizontally! We've had many soaked lunch boxes come home already. We are working out other options before giving up on it.

The lunch bags are quite large and do not fit into the matching backpacks. If you want a large lunch bag, this one is quite roomy. My kids are 5 and 7 and the 7-year-old doesn't mind carrying both a backpack and the lunch bag, but my 5-year-old (who has a pretty empty backpack most days) needs a lunch box that can fit into the backpack.

I really like this lunch bag. Got one for each of my kids. Nice and big for lunch for my 4 year old and a whole day's worth of bottles and snacks for my 6 month old. The zipper on one failed after about 7 months so One Step Ahead sent me a replacement.

I use these lunch boxes for my 1 and 2 year old daughters for preschool. I like the different compartments. I put their lunch with an ice cooler in the bottom and put their snacks in the top part designed for bottles. I like it that there are two compartments so that the preschool staff knows what to feed my girls when. I also like the monograms and place on the inside to write my daughters' names so that they don't get lost. I gave it 4 stars due to the cost and that I wished it was a little wider to fit more containers of food.

I've told all our friends about this lunch box. We love it. My daughter loves having her initials on it, and she loves the color. We both love that her polar water bottle fits perfectly in the top section and doesn't crush her lunch. With the shoulder strap she has her hands free to carry her books. We used this lunch box last year and I bought a new one to "freshen up". The old one is still in great shape as well. It is washable in your machine on gentle, just don't dry it, and wash it alone. We only wash ours that way about 4 times a year, so don't suggest doing this every week, only when there is major sticky spillage. We use a frozen cold pack and add ice to her polar bottle and her lunch stays cool and safe to eat. She's even had ice in her bottle after school during Florida summer, and her lunch items still cool at 3:00 pm. It's our only lunch box until she heads to college.

We have last year's model. We love it. This item IS machine washable on gentle cycle. I've washed ours that way whenever the exterior is dirty. Air dry only. It comes clean every time. We are re-using the lunch box for this new school year as it's in great shape. Very durable fabric and love the rubbery bottom. For ordinary spills, just wipe clean with a kitchen sponge or cleaning wipe. Also, the top flap where the initials are lifts up and there is a small pocket there for money, a note, etc. Love the initials on it. Thanks for listening about more color choices. The top part is perfect for the water bottle, and is also insulated so drinks stay cool all day, and don't smash lunch. The arm carry strap keeps hands free as well. Best box on the market!

So so cute and useful.... BUT, now that the school year is done, I wanted to clean it (the pink one), but scrubbing with a round scrubbrush and dishsoap did nothing. I would really like to be able to toss it in the wash. How can I send my daughter off to her new school with a dirty lunch carrier?
