The soft side of the cup that fits to the head really helps keep the water out of my child's eyes. Make sure they tilt their head back slightly.

This cup is really helpful with washing my 20 month old's hair. I think it works best if you only put water in the "D" shaped section of the cup, not the second with the rubber lining.

This is so great, I'm buying another one. It's light, and so much easier to use then a cup!! Our first one was "borrowed" by a friend, and she loved it so much I gave it to her.

Our daughter hates water getting in her eyes while rinsing her hair, so I was pretty excited to get this rinse cup. We were disappointed to learn that the rubber piece doesn't actually suction against her forehead, and it's actually difficult to direct the flow of water accurately. Even with her head tipped back, water still gets in her eyes. A tupperware bowl works better for us. Glad it wasn't too expensive.

We got this for our 10 month old. The concept is great and I think we will "grow" into it. I give it only four stars because the silicone part that is suppose to seal onto the child's forehead is too large for an older infant or toddler forehead. So, we use it "backwards" and still use our hand to form a seal to keep soapy water out of the eyes and off face.

Having 2 year old twins I need the most effective things and when it's bath time I have to have things that are easy to use because the hair washing is the most difficult with 2 sitting in the tub. Live this

could we maybe get something that would prohibit water from going into the child's ears? I can't imagine how it would look but that is the part my daughter hates. Also this cup would be better suited to older children who understand the command "tilt you head back" or babies who aren't sitting upright yet, I think. My 20 mo old fights me on using this. she likes to use it as a toy though, and I think once she understands to tilt her head back it will work fine.

I have used, or tried to use it since the day it arrived at my door. My two year old daughter hates getting her hair wet, or rinsed, I bought it hoping that it would make bath time easier. She still fights me rinsing her hair. When I do manage to position it right it does exactly what it is supposed to do. I guess I should have got it when she was smaller.

My daughter does not like water in her face and eyes, which made bathtime a battle every night. The Shampoo Rinse Cup is great because it seals against her forehead and all of the water runs down the back and sides of her head instead of down her face. It is very easy to use... even on a squirmming toddler!

This is a great product, though we're discovering that, at least with our daughter, it's wise to "practice" with it empty first, before actually filling it with water. Otherwise our toddler struggles and still ends up with water in her eyes.

My daughter and I love this product! Bath time used to be torture when it came time to rinse her hair, but this cup keeps all of the water out of her eyes and off of her face. It is so easy to use that even my three and one-half year old uses it to rinse hair (although I have to do a second rinse since she usually misses some of her hair). I tell all of my friends about this one!
