Comments about One Step Ahead Sensory Baby Interactive First Doll:

I bought this for my 9 month old daughter. Turned it on only to find out it talks without touching it. It will say ear when you touch it's mouth. The nose sensor does not work at all. I replaced the batteries thinking that might help. It did not. The doll is always saying cheek even it you are not touching it. I would love to send back but no return information or purschuse order was in my box.

This was a gift for my one year old granddaughter. The first doll I ordered did not work properly. Customer service was wonderful and sent me another doll who seems to know her nose from her mouth. She's very cute and I hope my granddaughter likes her, too.

I thought this was a great gift and bought 3 personalized sensory babies. Unfortunately I didn't read through the description and was very disappointed when the doll said, "I"m bored" in such a pathetic way-- what is this teaching???
There are so many other phrases that could have been added-- "I miss you", "play with me"-
I would not recommend this product until they change it.

Given as a Christmas gift to young toddler girl. Doll was well received and loved it taught while played. Did not care that baby favored appearance of boy. Ended up adding doll tutu and shoes to give girl appearance.

Comments about One Step Ahead Sensory Baby Interactive First Doll:

i am gratefull that i had this sent to my home and not directly to my grandaughter. the shirt was monagrammed then just thrown in the box with the doll who had the same shirt and was wired to the box i had to completely undo the doll to re dress and put back. tested doll and two of the parts did not talk.the doll has no personality and is too plain and is too light in color babies need bright dark colors. price is 15.00 dollars higher than compared to other items like this one. with bright colors.

I was not happy that the outfit was not put back on the doll!!. It looked sloppy when it arrived. I did like the way the name was stitched on.

I would have given a "5 Star" rating but the doll came delivered in a torn box that the doll was just thrown into. I had added the "extra" of monograming the tee shirt and they misspelled the name, though I had put it in correctly.

I will add that the customer service was excellent on sending another doll and we received it within a couple of days and it was perfect though this doll came with a onesie and not a tee shirt and bottoms.

this is a christmas gift, so it is still in the box. i have to mention that the box was somewhat crushed when arrived. the doll is fine, but presentation of gift is not good.
