        Love this gate! I definitly feel it's safe for my granddaughter and it's so easy to use with one hand and there's no bar at bottom to trip over. I definitly would recommend this gate.

        The top hinge kept coming out so had to put up some hardware of our own to keep it in place. It is good for the money.

            I tried and returned a few different gates before getting this one. I really like it. It's much safer not having a bar at the bottom to trip over, and the gate is easy to open and close with one hand. It adjusts pretty easily so I was able to put it at the top of the stairs where I have a banister railing on one side (I did drill into the banister, but they say to drill for any of the "top of stairs" gates). I could not get other pressure mounted gates to fit. Also, I like that it doesn't automatically close, since i need to leave it open while my son is at daycare for the cats to roam around the house.

              We use the gate everyday as it is placed at the top of our stairs. Unlike our last gate, i can open this with one hand. My 5 year old can also open and relatch so she can access the upstairs and still secure the gate to keep her baby sister protected.

                I can't believe there are no reviews for this gate! We have several different brands of baby gates installed in our multi-level home and this is by far my favorite. We have it at the top of the stairs and it is so sturdy and easy to operate with one hand! Highly recommended.
