Comments about One Step Ahead Pop-up Tent 'n Tunnel Town:

I got this for my sons first birthday party. It was a very hungry caterpillar thyme. So we thought this would be great. It was, the kids loved it from the one year olds all the way up to the 11 year olds. It was very easy to assemble and put away when we were done. I got one bag of balls to make a ball pit because it didn't come with any. I think two bags would have been better but that was my bad.

Comments about One Step Ahead Pop-up Tent 'n Tunnel Town:

Santa left this for our 20 month old and he had it set up all around our living room! There were two tents and tunnels that wouldn't fit! It is massive and so much fun! This is terrific for outside when the weather is nice, but can also be used inside on a rug or puzzle mat in sections. We have two tunnels together upstairs in our hallway and a tent in our room, and a tent and tunnel set up in the living room on the rug. The balls are so much fun to toss into the holes at the top of one tent. My husband and I get into such giggle fits over our fantastic aim! I can fit in the tunnel, but my husband's shoulders get stuck. Our 20 month old daughter loves to help us out of the tunnel. The padding is excellent for my elbows and our daughter's knees, but the velcro is not placed in the correct direction or location for it to stick in place in the tunnels. That doesn't matter, it stays well enough. We can't wait for better weather so we can set the whole thing up outside!

Comments about One Step Ahead Pop-up Tent 'n Tunnel Town:

The kids (1 and 4) thought it was great when the tents and tunnels popped open. Looks like lots of fun for indoor play during long winter days. Wish there were directions/illustrations for re-folding tents to replace them in handled carrying bags. We got two of the tents folded (coiled?) quite by accident and couldn't figure out how to get the other two back in the carrying bags.

Comments about One Step Ahead Pop-up Tent 'n Tunnel Town:

this large system of tunnels and tents is fun but you need a large space to use it all. A little flimsy in attaching tents together. I do NOT recommend adding balls...they fall all over the place.

The kids love it. The tunnels take up a lot of space so I look forward to using them outside this summer. Not complining, I was expecting the tent and tunnel system to be large enough for my boys to enjoy.

We got this hoping it would keep our 2 year old son engaged & help him use up some energy. I have newborn twins also and can't get out of the house easily with all three. He liked it at first, but quickly grew board. It's great quality, but was a bit expensive for as much as he plays with it. We probably could have made due with a cheaper model from a department store.

Comments about One Step Ahead Pop-up Tent 'n Tunnel Town:

Purchased this for my 2.5 year old son's Christmas gift. On Christmas Eve when we put it together we noticed a rip in the big tent as well as one of the tunnels. Also the product is different than pictured. Only one tent has holes on adjacent sides allowing a change of direction when setting up. Two tents have holes on opposite sides and the ball pit has a hole and a tent flap on opposite sides not two holes as pictured. So the claim of endless configurations is misleading...L and T shapes are the only options. Regarding the defective parts One Step offered to replace the two parts since the item was sold out. I received the correct tunnel but the wrong tent (smallest with no metal rods needed for it to stand up). When I called again was told there were no other replacement parts, the item was discontinued. Not a good first experience with purchasing a One Step Ahead product. That being said I gave 2 stars because my son does enjoy crawling around and playing in it and it's a good inside item for cold winter days.

My daughter loves her tents and tunnels. It is much larger than we expected but we can alter it's size by simply removing a portion of the system. Super easy to store. Love love love the versatility. Can take travelling with us so she has something active to play with. Will be even better when can take it outside and set the entire thing up.

We bought this tunnel town for our 11 month old son and he loves it. It was even bigger than we planned so we split it up and bought 2 bags of balls so he is able to play with it upstairs and downstairs. We were very impressed with the great quality especially if you compare to cheap models. I recommend this to any parent with small children. It provides hours of fun entertainment.

I got this for my 14 month old son for Christmas. We have a large house so I did not think space would be an issue but... this thing is HUGE. I plan on keeping it but will have to wait until summer to put all the tents and tunnels up at one time outside. Good quality. Easy to assemble and take down.

Comments about One Step Ahead Pop-up Tent 'n Tunnel Town:

This tunnel and tent system is great. The kids really seem to love it. The tunnels are very sturdy and have padding that goes inside so they are not crawling on the metal that forms the tunnel. The tents are brightly colored, some have windows on the sides, some have mesh tops so the kids can stand up and look out. The only issue I have had with the product is that the tents do not all match those shown in the pictures. You will receive some different tents, and you most likely will not be able to have the product set up exactly like the picture shows. It will configure different ways but will not look like the one online. If not for that one issue of different tents, I would say this product is durable, good for indoor and outdoor use, wipes down easily, and can actually be folded up and put back in the indvidual tent holders that you receive. We use this product at a day care and the best ages for this product would be 1 year- 5 years. The bigger kids (over 5) love the tents but the tunnels are a little small for them to crawl through easily. I have bought similar products from other places and nothing has held its shape or been as durable as this product. I would say well worth the money.

Bought this for my daughters 1st B-Day. Both her and my 2 1/2 year old absolutely love it! They chase each other through all the tunnels. It is large so you do need some space. Used a 150 balls to put in the ball pit. The balls do come out all the time though and the pads that line the bottom of the tunnels keep coming off. However, if it's on carpeting you really don't need them. They're just attached with velcro. It's kind of flimsy but that's just the nature of the material.

Comments about One Step Ahead Pop-up Tent 'n Tunnel Town:

It has been an extremely hot summer, several days over 100 and with two young children I needed something to keep them active and busy indoors besides the TV. The tents pop up so easily, it takes a little practice to get them folded up at first, but once you do it a couple times its easy. It is great becuase you dont have to use all the tents and tunnels and you can combine them in any configuration. We had a obstical course around our couch. We got a 100 balls also... which end up EVERYWHERE, but still fun. I bought a plastic tub to hold all the tents, tunnels and balls for storage. A ton better than the one tent and tunnel kits you get from [...]!
