    I have been really pleased with this accessory set. When comparing prices, this one beats out the competition. And the sale price is amazing. the sword is a thicker plastic with rounded edges that I feel safe having around small children (many of the more cheaply made ones I looked at were more expensive and had sharper plastic edges). The coins are fun. One other person notated that there were chips in them. I believe that this was intentional to represent some beat up pirates booty. The eyepatch was too tight in all of the sets we got, but with a little stretching did better. The bag to put on costume sash has been fun, but we are not sure what the little black bag with the skull and crossbones is for.

        The pirate costume is nice, it looks like how it is pictured. It would definitely not fit a 4T boy--my 3T girl is just about right. You CANNOT wash this costume. The eye patch is too large and made of uncomfortable plastic. The hat and sword and accessories are good. My daughter is really enjoying dressing up, I just wish she would wear it more since we can't wash it!
