I bought a 2 step and a 1 step for my children for Christmas. I like the 2 step better because it's very sturdy. It doesn't slide when you stand on it. The 1 step slides, and poses a safety issue.

I bought this for my almost three year old to help her get in and out of her twin bed. Looks great and very sturdy. The letters of her name could be taken out of the stool like a name puzzle and my one year old kept taking them out and leaving them around the house. Scared we would lose a letter, I glued the letters into the stool and it works perfect for us now :)

This item is well worth the money. I was beyond impressed! This will be able to grow with my son as well as entertain him. The two steps makes it more sturdy and safe for him. Would recommend to anyone and already have! A friend came over and her daughter loved it so much, she bought one for her daughter and niece!

My kids love the puzzle stools. They are practical and sturdy as stools however the puzzle pieces are apparently far too entertaining and get lost very easily. If you want to actually keep all the letters in place, might consider glueing them down.

This step stool is excellent quality. It is the perfect size to let our toddler reach the sink for brushing teeth and washing hands. It is sturdy and stable.

I bought this stool for my 23 month old granddaughter to help her reach the bathroom sink to brush her teeth and the potty for her potty training. I am very happy with the look of the stool, as well as its sturdiness. She will love the puzzle aspect of the stool and will be able to use it for other purposes for years to come.

My son uses it every morning to brush his teeth. It's perfect size for that. It is safe, and he is almost 3 and loves how the letters come out.

This stool is sturdy but the letters are poorly done. The 'M' looks like a blob and can barley be made out as a letter.

Although I have not given this to my daughter yet (it will be a Christmas gift), I am very pleased with the product. It is of sound design and very sturdy. The pastel color of the letters that spell out her name are aesthtically pleasing. I can understand what other viewers wrote about the letters in the name puzzle sticking the child's feet causing anxiety about falls, etc. A quick fix for that problem is museum putty or gel which I use to secure all fragile things around my home; a small blob of this product will hold the letters in place for climbing.

I got this for my two year old to help her become more independent on the first floor. The stool helps her to use the potty, help with cooking, washing her hands and open the door when the doorbell rings etc. I love that since my daughter got the stool, she has miraculously been able to identify her name out of many, and identify the separate letters in her name, while also working on those spatial relationships with a puzzle. I had one of these growing up and was very proud of it; I hope she feels the same way. My only problem (kind of a biggy) is that the letters aren't deep enough. When she stands on the stool barefooted, the letters stick to her feet and come up. So when she's not puzzling it's a big hassle because she always has to put it back together. My stool growing up had deeper letters and because of it, the letters didn't stick to my feet or come up easily.

We received this stool as a gift from my mother for my 15 month-old daughter. It is a quality, well built product that I'm sure will last her much longer than she will ever have the need for it. However, it is not a good bathroom stool for a couple reasons.

First, the letters stick to her bare feet and easily shift out of place. They quickly become a tripping hazard for a toddler.

Second, dust and dirt easily accumulates between the letters. My daughter loves to take the letters out and sometimes put them in her mouth. (At this age everything goes in the mouth.) I'd rather have her not put a toy that has dirty bathroom feet touching it in her mouth or even in her hands.

I would prefer to have a simple bathroom stool and a wooden puzzle of her name instead of this product.
