            the product does not waddle, child just drags it across the floor while the "wheels" don't turn. I returned the first one since I thought it was broker. The replacement was the same problem. Can't understand how it was ever introduced.

              I gave this pull toy to my 2yr old grandson. The pull string was way too short for HIM, and the promised waddle action was sadly lacking. It didn't interest him for long. The fact that the penguin black bodies,faces, and hats are fabric and come off in one washable piece is great!
