We got two of these for my daughter when she turned 2. She is 3 now and still uses the chalkboard daily. Use outside thick chalk so it doesn't scratch, and use some blue putty on the back to help keep it stuck to the wall without any damage. We love it and will buy again when it wears out!

Easily stuck to my wall and removes without damage but found that after only a few uses, was leaving scratch marks on the board. This happened despite the fact that we purchased indoor chalk and dulled the edges as recommended in the instructions for use.

Neat idea, but does not stick on a wall with any kind of texture on it. The walls in our daughters playroom have basic wall texture but the chalk board does not stick and falls down within minutes. Very disappointing.

I placed this chalkboard in my son's play room. He immediately started to use it. Absolutely loves it. He can practice writing his letters, numbers and drawing. He is 4 yrs old and he uses it everyday. Very easy to install and it easy to reposition.

At first I liked this chalkboard. But when I tried to move it to a different wall, it pulled paint with it, so I ended up leaving it on the original wall where I placed it. Maybe with slicker paint that wouldn't have happened, but I won't buy another to find out. Also, my 2yo crayoned on it and I had to scrub to remove that. After that, it has slick spots where the chalk won't write anymore. Oh well! My kids still love it.

This board is great and perfect space saver. My twins and husband love it! It was a little tough getting it on the wall w/o creases but after a few tries we got almost perfect. You do need the chalk type that comes with it - any chalk won't work. REcommend!

The peel and stick chalkboard is great so far. I redecorated my ten year old daughters room and she had been wanting a chalkboard to write on. It went on the wall easily and so far works great. Would recommend or any Childs room if you don't want to paint the walls with chalkboard paint.

I followed the directions exactly, and they went up great. WIthin 24 hours, all four chalkboards had fallen- they would not stay up. We have textured walls - that's the only reason I can figure out why they would not stick. I put thin sticky wall mounts on every corner of each board and they have stayed on the wall. A great product if you can get it to stick.

Ok chalkboard. Goes on to wall well at first, but after a while peels off from the corner and falls down. The chalk is hard to erase and leave traces of previous drawings. My son loves it though, and it is great for rainy days inside.

Here again to talk about the re-sticking of this product. Like a sticker, it doesn't do a good job at re-sticking but it is definitely gentle enough that it doesn't damage your wall.

I had my doubts when I first opened the box for this particular item..the chalk board is thin and reminds me of the thin magnets we get that go on the fridge..when they say that this item is a stick on, they're not kidding! It's like a giant sticker chalk board..you literally peal the back off the paper..that being said, I washed the wall and let it dry before application. It didn't fall off. I really think this company payed attention to what people had to say when it came to the little stickies on the corners..as I read on some reviews.It got tiny scuff marks from a lot of use but definitely still usable. The marks are small and kind of remind me of white paint drops. My kid doesn't notice it. I'm not worried.The kind of chalk is important..sidewalk chalk is probably a better choice since it's already soft. This product is great for rainy days when we can't go to the park to draw and is a lot easier to clean than crayon marks on my walls. I can live with that! No contest there..lol.The price, I think, is a little high since we're talking about shipping added to it..but all in all, I like this product, my child likes this product (which is the important part) and it's out of the way. I got the larger of the two and was super easy to install. It's currently in our girls playroom, but was thinking about putting another one in our kitchen/dining area. My girls love to be with me while I'm getting dinner ready, and this would be a way to keep them entertained!

We have 1 in the playroom and combined two stacked horizontally for a weekly family calendar right before we go out the door. Works like a charm as a daily reminder for all.

I thought this was truly a chalkboard as we all know one with sticky pads on the back of it, but it's rubber or plastic material that peels off and sticks like contact paper. It also says you have to "soften" the edges of the chalk before using it on the board or apparently it leaves scratch marks. Softening the chalk was a PAIN and the pieces just kept breaking and you'd have more sharp edges to get rid of. It just didn't seem durable or practical for a toddler and the chalk we had at home didn't even work on the board, don't know why. It was easy to stick on the wall and remove though.
