        We bought this top so my daughter could wear it underneath her Jasmine costume at Halloween. It is fairly thin, so it's a little difficult to know how warm it kept her (Halloween night where we live ended up being unseasonably warm). It is definitely soft and silky and looks good, but the arm started showing wear (pilling) after only a couple of times of wearing this.

        The fabric is similar to a light pink pantyhose. The color is more pink/peach so don't get it for the "nude" look if your child has a darker skin tone. Since the material is rather light, I don't see how it would work to replace a jacket on cool Halloween evenings. Other than that, my daughter wore it for Halloween and she loved it.

        I used this product under my 20 month daughter's fairy costume for halloween. It looked good but it was slightly defective. If not for the slice in the sleeve I would most likely use it again for a couple more years.

            This is a great idea and I bought it as soon as I saw it. However, it was described as "thermal" and it definitely is not. I don't see how this product can keep a child much warmer than just a regular long sleeve shirt. It gets pretty cold at night on Halloween, so unfortunately my little one will still need a jacket. The size also runs small.
