My daughter would not take other pacifiers. She only liked to gnaw on anything she could get in her mouth. I thought maybe she would suck on this one since I tryed the "breastfeeding" nipple. But no not a chance. But she does like it for gnawing on and since the entire thing is made of rubber it wont hurt her gums if she gnaws on the sides etc...

Am on the search for a pacifier for my 6 week old. I have been searching for the last couple weeks! He won't take any of them. He gags and even almost threw up once with just a regular pacifier... He wants mommy! But only wants to suck and gets mad when milk comes... (for the times he is not hungry) ugh... I read the reviews and was hoping this would be the "magic" one. It's not. wish it didn't have the bulb end and was more like a natural nipple. Who knows, all babies are different.

The first one we received was deffective (nipple collapsed after boiling before first use) and One Step Ahead happily sent a replacement and got it to our home in two days, as we were preparing to leave for summer vacation. The smell went away after a couple days; would be better if it were dishwasher safe. I had hoped this was "the one" but unfortunately, my baby didn't take to this pacifier either and ended up taking her thumb. Despite that, I would recommend this product to any person who's baby is refusing other types of pacifiers.

My 3 month old daughter is not a huge fan of the pacifier but this is the only one that she will even entertain using. It's all one piece and natural - very important to me.

This pacifier is great for its' natural material and general durability. However, it begins to disintegrate & must be replaced after several weeks especially if your baby is heavy user.

My grandson loved it since I first introduced it to him at age 4 months; subsequently he has refused another pacifier, even those he had before.

My mom helped me pick this one out when we where at baby's us store. When she spotted it she said that It was like the one she had in the 50's. We took it home and it was a life saver or i should say a nipple saver. When he would go to sleep he would continue to suckle on the very tip of my nipple witch makes them not very happy. With this one I could slip out an put this in place. its the only one that I could do this with and he would not awake. He also loved to teeth on it.This is best one on the market

i bought every pacifier at the store and then went online to buy every pacifier not available locally. Finally I found this pacifier and waddya know!? She actually likes it. Now Mommy doesn't have to be the pacifier to my breast fead baby anymore. Expensive but so worth it!
