      I ordered this to use upstairs to put dirty diapers in, so as to transfer to our laundry room pail once a day rather than every single diaper change. What sold me on it was the claim that locks. HA! Look at the picture carefully and you'll see it's in it's locked position when the handle is down on one side. But there's no resistance, nothing to stop either of my kids from easily moving the handle and removing the lid, which doesn't even fit snuggly. I say it's totally false to claim this product locks, and I'm peeved that I have to pay return shipping on something that isn't even what it claims to be. Don't waste your time on this one.

      Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
