This book brings me back to my childhood! I had a similar one growing up and I was so pleased when I opened this. We are saving it for airplane travel so our toddler can stay entertained. A nice bonus is the fact that it zips all around so nothing can fall out! It's simply lovely!

This is a great book and fun for my 14 mo old daughter to play with. She loves the paint brush and palette as she actually holds the book by the paint brush. She can not yet manipulate the buttons but I am sure she will enjoy that once she is able to do that. She also struggled with the zipper a little bit and the snaps. At this point she does not have the attention span to work through it. I am sure when she is just a little older she will enjoy and appreciate the book even more.

The book is great. I ordered one for my son and one for a gift and had them both embroidered. The name on one came out well and the name on the other look pretty bad with lots of lose ends.

My 18month daughter enjoys playing with this book but it doesn't keep her engaged long enough. It could use more pages, I think. I think she will enjoy it more as she gets older because she doesn't know what to with somethings in the book yet.
I gave it 4 stars because I yet to see she will enjoy it more as she gets older.
Its a great idea though!
