Oh how I wish I had purchased this with my first child! I wasted so much milk letting it leak into burp rags the first time around. This second time, I used this a lot in the first couple of months when engorgement was at its worst, but now at 4.5 months I only need it on the rare occasion that my baby sleeps through the night.
Using this product does require some forethought, however. You really should put it in before picking baby up because it requires two hands to get into place. The first time I used it I didn't think to remove it before standing up & I spilled because I leaned too far forward. I haven't had any leaking/spilling problems that weren't my own fault though.
I have saved a good amount of milk by just using my Milksaver. Usually I leak less than an ounce, but on one really bad morning where I completely filled it (and had to keep it about a 45 degree angle to avoid spilling before I could get a bottle), it saved 3.5 ounces for me with no pumping effort on my part.

I saw an add for this and thought "how bizzare"! But after months of leaking, I started to think about all the milk I could have stored. Everytime my daughter nurses, the other side leaks like a faucet and I was stuffing my bra with a burp cloth to catch it. I was expecting a little smaller (who has cans this big that this would be considered discrete??) but it's not like I wear it around the house, only when my daughter is nursing or when I pump at work. I'm a pretty heavy milk producer, so supply has never been an issue where I worried about having enough stored, BUT, in the beginning when my body was adjusting to her schedule and she was doing a lot of cluster feeding leaving me confined to the couch or bed for 4+ hours every night...this would have been a real time saver if I could have bottled everything up before I started pumping!

This was a great addition. It added ounces to my feedings every time of milk that would have otherwise been wasted. Only problem that I encountered was that you can't bend/lean over to pick up items because the milk will flow over since its not covered due to the shape of the container. Otherwise,I loved it!! would definitely recommend.

This was great to have with my 2nd baby. Wish I'd had it with my first! I leaked a lot with both and I collected 1-3 oz each day for over a month without pumping ;-)...no criticisms on the product but worth noting that many times I would forget I was wearing it, bend over to put baby down and out went the milk...which was a bummer and a mess...so maybe a more spill proof "top" would help? Overall this is one of the best products I have had for breastfeeding.

I bought this product at a store (not through this website), but had to give it a positive review when I saw it online! I use it for my first morning feeding - I don't really leak at any other time. I used to have to pad my non-nursing side with a towel for my first morning feeding because I leaked so much. With this product, though, I now collect about 2 additional ounces that was going to waste!

This product is wonderful and a must have for breast feeding moms. You save so much milk without pumping.
The only con of this product is if you're not careful and bend the wrong way the milk can come pouring out.

This is an ingenious idea and I wish I had tried it sooner but now that my baby is 3 months I am not experiencing nearly the same amount of leakage...and this can only collect WHAT YOU LEAK.

Bottom line, if you want to try it, try it early when most moms experience the most leakage.

This was a waste of money. Not compatible with the breast milk storage bags I use. Less than an ounce of milk per feeding was expressed, hardly worth the cost and time to use it.

I wish I had this with my first child. I had no idea how much milk was wasted from the other breast. I get between 1-2 ozs every feeding. I can store atleast 1 feeding a day by doing nothing, but using the milk saver.

I was very stressed when I returned to work after both of my first 2 children because I was worried that I was not able to pump enough milk for them during the day. Having the milk saver with my 3rd has been WONDERFUL because I never worry about having enough stored milk for her. I have not yet returned to work, but I already have a freezer full of milk. It has given me such peace of mind and I am happy that the milk will not be going to waste. It will be great to have EXTRA milk to mix her food wheh she starts solids.

This product became my best friend since I had my second baby, I wish I had it before, is very easy to use and clean. I wish they make its own storage milk bags that fit perfect I tried to fit medela, and lansinoh bags and dont't fit. Also you have to remember that you have it on because when you forget all the stored milk gets on the floor and in your clothes.

I wish this product was around when I had my 1st child. As many working moms who work know, every little drop of breastmilk counts when you are storing milk for your baby. That's why I lOVE this produt. It allows me to add to pumped milk or get milk for the cereal feeding. Just make sure you have it in place on opposite breast, by the time you start the feeding!
