It is definitely cute, but too small. I ordered 4T-6T for my three year old, but needed to send it back and got 8T. Unfortunately it didn't seem much bigger. My daughter could not wear the head, because it was way too small. We got a replacement for the head, because the seem was ripped. The same happened to the dress after one time wearing. I tried to get a new dress, but did not get one.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

    My daughter had picked this costume out all by herself and was extremely excited to wear it. When Halloween came and she couldn't get the lights to work, there were a lot of tears. Not worth the disappointment of a 4 year old.

        As suggested by other reviews, we ordered this costume one size too big & it fit well. Unfortunately, the lights didn't work. I replaced the batteries, but it still didn't work. [...]The second costume didn't light up either. Very disappointing!!

                          My 6yr old daughter wanted to be a lightup witch for halloween this year, we saw this on line and thought it would be nice. The lightup part of the outfit is well designed and works well. The outfit itself seemed a bit small for the size. The hat came broken, I had to sew it up before a party she attended, by the time halloween came a week later I had to just buy a whole new hat from a diff manufacturer. So not satisfied with the hat.
