very easy to install. I have 4 children 4 and younger so this is extremely helpful to me when we are all outside. So far the product is excellent. Keeps the children in the driveway (not road) and seems sturdy enough that if they went down the driveway on a bicycle it would slow them down (if not stop) with enough time for me to get to them before getting to the road. highly recommend!

Ours is used on a flat, wide driveway. It works well as a visual barrier to alert drivers that children are playing and keeps the kids from going too far. Super simple to install and remove. Well worth every penny in our opinion.

Great visual barrier. We explained to our kids that they can't hit or ride into the driveway guard. It"s not constructed to do that. Retractable mechanism is a great feature.

I love this driveway guard for our little guy. He's super active and loves to play ball outside, but I was always worried about him chasing after runaway balls that I was constantly dashing into the street to fetch them, while trying to convince my 2 year old to stay next to the house to wait for me. This screen saved me from all of that! It was really easy to install (besides having to dig into the ground with a shovel for the best support), and I love how easily it stores in my garage and is ready to go next time we play in the driveway again. While we were installing it and using it the first time it drew a ton of attention from my neighbors and now they want it for their kids!

This barrier is good for reminding kids to stay in driveway. It does not stop the balls from rolling out of the driveway. It sets you the play area with boundaries for the kids. I STILL have to chase alot of balls down the street but am happy with barrier overall.

Thought this would be a great idea and use fot the end of our drive way and when my husband first installed it, it looked nice and tight and that it might do the job. That is until our 2 year old walked right up to it, grapped the top and was able to pull it all the way down past his knees. We were just looking for something to help up keep him and his toys in the yard safetly with our supervision but...this is not the item. We will be returning it.

Definitely serves as a visual barrier to the kids and those on the street. While it is a little loose and balls can still roll under it, it is probably more because we haven't quite gotten it correct in terms of using it and/or how our property is. It is incredibly easy to use and store. Rolling it up can be a challenge as well, not arduous, simply keeping it from gathering up at the top or bottom can take two of us.

I only gave this 4 stars because small balls and hockey pucks do easily go under the net.

I will try to use tent stakes in the driveway crack to secure it at the bottom, or maybe weave in some sort of thin bar to weight it down at the bottom.

Still - this is the only kind of driveway guard I could find - so it's better than nothing. It is easy to install and easy to store, and it does keep kids in, larger toys in and cars out of the driveway.

We primarily bought this for use in our driveway. So far it's working out great. The only challenge I have is that it doesn't retract very easily and the mesh gets bunched up. This can be overcome though because it is truly functional and serves its purpose. It has not only stopped balls and my son from running into the street, but when not in use, my son (18 months) will hold our hand when he comes to the area we keep this. I also bought another one for the back yard to block off an area at times. I do wish that there was an option to purchase multiple pvc pipes to be able to make it more portable around various areas of the yard. This is a solid product and I highly recommend it.

This is a great visual boundary for the kids. The mesh material is flimsy and you have to install it with the poles angle out as to prevent sagging in the middle. With that said, installation is easy, just drive the 2 PVC pipes into the ground (provided.) Set up and take down is super easy. Since the material is so flimsy, kids shouldnt run to it on purpose, down but it does stop balls from rolling in the street. It is by NO means meant to be used as a protection method...just a visual reminder. The price is kind of high for the product, but I couldnt find another product like this...in short of installing an expensive gate

Our property has an open driveway, so this was perfect for our two kids, ages 2 and 4. It allows them to play safely outside and me a chance to do house work inside.

I was a bit apprehensive of this gate thinking it would be too flimsy but I am very impressed with the construction. I t stays upright and deters my 2.5 toddler from heading down the driveway which is the game that she loved best when outside. THe gate is extremely easy to install and easier to use. She could push it down if she were more aggressive (the gate is only a poly net) but she has respected the boundary. I can now enjoy being outside without chasing after her every 2 min. Highly recommended

We bought this to prevent our toddler from running into the road while playing outside. I was disappointed with how flimsy the netting was, after only a few days, my toddler has figured out how to push down the net, and how to push his lawnmower under the net. We decide to keep it since its better than nothing, and it gives me an extra second when he's playing "running from mommy!"

I wish this product was more durable, the netting is really flimsy. It is also really hard to put away with one person, you definitely need two people so that it doesn't get tangled. I think the product is overpriced for what you get. Having said that, I can't find anything else like this to keep my toddler out of the street so I am going to keep it. I was just expecting a more durable, higher quality product. It doesn't really keep balls out the street either, they roll right underneath the netting. It does provide a visual deterrent to my toddler when he wants to go fetch them, though!
