I bought this set for my 3 yr old son. He loves to sit and play with play dough. I thought this set would be a great gift for him. Turns out the carry case and all of the tools are a lot of fun for him to play with but I threw all of the modeling dough in the garbage. Incredibly too sticky. Stuck to the counter, his hands, the tools, etc. Plan on having regular play dough on hand if you buy this set. So, yes I would recommend this to a friend because the tools are fun and the case (which I had personalized) is neat!

    My daughter loves the jack-knife play dough tool!! The play dough in the set is too sticky. It's a little more difficult to clean up. But, it has nice vibrant colors and the tools in the box are great. We'll be using the tools with our regular "play dough." Overall, a nice set, but a little pricey. I wish you just sold the tools separately.
