I already wrote a long review 2 times n lost it when I try to add my images, sooo, surprised that it didn't come with something to cover the huge bolts, the paper roll is not wide enuf do hv extra clean-up on dry erase board when painting, bins on bottom are not easily accessible with the first row of bins so close, and we hv been looking for a chair with a back to fit since we got it, I like the quality of it, and it really would be nice if u sold a chair with a back at least separately that fits the desk. We hv ordered lots of things from here and have been satisfied with ev th prev, oh, and there are 2 big nicks of the edges easily noticeable. I expected to c a wood color market to fix that instead of contemplating sending it bk to b replaced

The product came and unfortunately I waited to put it together until the day before Christmas. Several of the parts had flaws or damage that appeared to be from the factory and not a result of shipping. I did my best to repair the issues but still they are there. Our son loves it and I am sure will get lots of use out of it. I was not impressed with the quality or construction for the price you pay.

Biggest complaint/con- the assembly instructions were a hot mess. Took over 2 hours to figure it out since some things were the opposite on the instructions.

Otherwise, it's a great item for nurturing creativity. My 3 yr old daughter is very creative and loves to paint and draw. We bought the paint cups from Melissa and Doug- they fit. It would be easier if the mechanism to hold the art paper in place was a snap instead of screw on to change the paper after ever work of art created. It is a bit of a stretch for my daughter to reach the paper to paint, the shelf could have been shorter, so she stands on a stool. We have chairs we bought from IKEA that work with the table height in desk mode. Personally I don't like the color of the provided bins, something neutral or clear would be better for our aesthetic. Of course you have to buy all the accessories, like the paint, markers, brushes, smock, etc. so consider that when you purchase. It only comes with a roll of paper. It's versatile and offers several different uses in one station!

No chair/stool offered. In easel position-needs to be closer to front/child. The reach is too far away from child. Had Professional carpenter make adjustments by adding wood and reconfiguring Easel. Again, no stool or chair available.

My husband and I have been looking for months for a craft desk for our 4-year old son that is small enough to fit in our living room and also provides sufficient storage for his craft supplies. He LOVES this desk and it's a perfect size for him. We mostly use it in the desk mode but the easel and paint cup holders are a great bonus.

My six year old daughter has had this desk for over two years now. If you want just a standard painting easel with a white board this will be perfect for you. When converted to a desk it has been really hard to find a chair or stool that will fit under the desk and it is very cumbersome for my daughter to use as a desk. If you take the easel part off you have the three holes for the paint cups so that's not a good option either. The main reason I love this are the storage bins but my daughter usually just colors/draws/writes at her vanity because it has an easier surface to work with.

My nearly 3-yr-old Grandson will actually sit still to draw for 90 minutes at a time so I thought this would be the perfect gift for him. He was excited helping me put it together! He uses it every day he is here as I watch him whilst his parents work.

I am an artist and it runs in the family so I thought I would nurture his creativity by purchasing this desk. He is happy as a lark drawing, painting, using playdoh and other projects he wishes to do. I have it in my studio so he and Nana can bond in creativity. Plus it means I can get my projects done and he is happy next me working on one of his!

Wonderful idea! Wonderful gift! Highly recommend for that budding artist!

I had looked for the longest for an eye catching design that would be useful. My husband found this and I fell in love! Our daughter turned 5 in February and this was her gift, she has absolutely loved it! Such a great design, with only one flaw in my opinion. The top of the easel is a little thicker than the board it's self. This may make it a little harder for the child to comfortably sit to do any real work for a long period of time if they are small. She has not had an issue with it at all. Like I said, it's all my opinion. I am hoping we can use this for homework in the fall when we start school. Other than this it is the perfect gift!!!

Nicely constructed. Note does not come with paint cups and the cups sold on the site do not work with this easel/desk. Over all very satisfied with this purchase and would purchase again!

It is very nicely made. It is a beautiful piece of furniture, but the instructions were a bit complicated. It is awkward to stand in front of because the easel is about a foot back from the front. I don't think the bottom bins are very accessible. I think it will be better when she gets older. A chair would be nice for a desk.

I really like the construction and wood finish. My 3 year old really likes it. I do wish it came with cups for the holes and covers for them when not in use, but I would still recommend it.

I was searching for a new desk for my 5 yr old son since he grew out of his other desk. I came across this one and loved it. The color is perfect for our living room and it has storage which was important. As my husband was putting it together, he found some parts of the directions to be wrong and we were short 2 screws short as well. For the price of the desk, it should really come with a stool, not sure why it wouldn't. Now I have to go searching for an espresso color stool tall enough for the desk. My son started playing with this right away! It's a great desk

we were very excited to give this as a Christmas gift for our 5 year old daughter, assembly was ok, however once assembled there was an area around one of the cup holes that looked like a piece of tape at first but when looking more closely, you could see that wood was chipped and they glued it back together. Also there was a red bin missing and no cups for the table at all. Now we have to take it all apart to return. Big inconvenience!!
