    I contacted Customer Service about this calendar, I sent an email and never got a response. Over all the calendar is a great idea, but the pieces fall off very easily, they don't stay attached like they should.

        We used this Advent calendar every morning as we came downstairs to keep track of the days before Christmas! It has terrific ornaments that my 20 month old daughter had lots of fun with. She loved to knock them all off and redecorate the tree over and over again. The only problem is that I have to sew some of the ornaments closed, because there are holes and the stuffing is coming out. I also figured out that the velcro roughs up the dates on the pocket above if you're not careful taking the ornament out of the pocket. Overall, we love the calendar so much!

          Hardly any use and the pieces would fall off the calendar, the pockets were torn or ripped and my kids were not allowed to play with the calendar so the material was cheap. The whole thing smelled like dust! Not a quality product and not worth the $. I spent the extra cash thinking it would be something we look forward to using on an annual basis. It had to be returned.

          This advent calendar is very cute but way too puffy. The objects velcro to the tree and you have to push really hard or they fall off because both the pieces and the tree are too puffy. I would recommend this item if it were flat, but not the way it comes right now.

                    I thought this looked really cute online but was disappointed in the poor quality. The bottom half is curled from the way it is stitched, and a pocket and two of the ornaments (that haven't been used yet) are ripped. We've hung it on a door, but the ornaments keep falling off the tree. My boys saw it and were excited about it when we received it, and there wasn't time to return it, or I would have sent it back. We'll find something else for next year.

                        This is a bright and colorful advent calendar. I hung it up high enough that my two toddlers can't reach it on their own but they can still easily see it. One of the stitched on numbers started to unravel on the first day when it was bumped with the Velcro but I'm hoping it won't get too much worse. Overall a great purchase!
