I bought this as a Christmas Gift for my nephew who is 23 months old. He had shown a fascination with pianos - particular our digital one at are home. We gave this to him for Christmas. He unwrapped the box but then of course couldn't figure out what was inside as the piano was contained within a brown cardboard box. as we were assenbling it (which took all of 2 mins) he kinda figured out what it was as he saw the keys. Once we set it one the floor - he couldn't believe it. He would press the keys as well as the digital buttons that made various sounds and then we he would run back to me and hug me. He did this about 3-4 times. I was so touched given that I am his aunt and that he clearly understood that this was a gift that we gave to him. He's not really talking yet so this made it even more memorable as he was in awe of it and let me know how much he appreciated it. He hasn't figured out how to turn it on himslef - i.e. which button is the power button but once it is on he is good to go. He absolutely loves it. The piano was recommended for kids three years and older but I knew that he would enjoy it and that even though he was just coming on two years old it would be the perfect gift for him - and it certainly was.

This product is very cheaply made, plastic breaks easy. Piano is very low to ground and does not come with a stool. Bought this for my four year old and she is way to big to sit at in comfortably. Also attractive feature was built in lessons. What a joke. I have taken piano for 10 years and cannot play the level of music that are the "lessons" not to mention the piano is not even capable of making sounds anything like the chords required to play the lesson songs. Would return if I had kept the box. First bad product i have ever purchased from one step ahead.

This little piano is amazing. The looks are perfect but also the sound and all that comes with it as far as music. The only thing I would recommend is for manufacturer to include or offer to buy separately is a little bench. We were not able to find one before Christmas.
