We love the clean, contemporary lines of this mission-style KidKraft® toddler bed, and we bet your soon-to-be-big-kid will, too! It's made of sturdy wood, with built-in bedrails that ease the transition from the crib. Low to the ground, so kids can climb in and out easily and safely. This toddler bed is compatible with standard crib mattresses (mattress and bedding not included). For ages 15 months and up, up to 50 lbs.

    What railing?!

        The railing is pointless. The railings are not high enough (our crib mattress is about the same height as the top of the railing) and definitely not long enough (our son has fallen out of the bed each time he's slept in it). You have to buy a separate railing to attach to the bed to protect your child. Problem is, based on my researched, there are no other railings that will fit this bed.

        Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

        A very cute, well-made bed, but the side rails are a bit too short and my son has hit his shoulders and back on them while rolling around in his sleep.

          The bed was easy to put together. The only problem I had was getting the four pieces the mattress lays on leveled. The rest of the bed was easy to assemble. It is a really cute bed!!!
