        My son got this for his 3rd birthday and it was such a bummer. it does not have enough power to run on grass and the battery wears out very very quickly. We are going to take it back and get the gator instead. Don't waste your time on this one.

          Since we gave this tractor to my son on Christmas morning he has asked to play with it everyday. He is only 2, so he does not quite grasp steering yet, but he has a great time driving it into stuff around the back yard,and I truly enjoy watching him do so.

          After the initial assembly the item has been a hit. All my grandson asked for from Santa was a tractor and this fit the bill. Although it is a bit powerful for indoors he still manages to ride it around and around and around. I'm lookng forward to the weather breaking and allowing us to get the item outside for him to enjoy.

          The children were unable to make it go on gravel or dirt surfaces. We brought it back home and it does okay on the concrete, but the wheels do not grip the surface well and often spin. No traction. They were disappointed to not be able to ride it at our farm.
