We've never had problem with sandwiches getting soggy. They work well, and stack nicely in the freezer in between uses.

I really like this product. I purchased two one for each of my school age children. They also freeze quickly. Sometimes after I wash them I forget to put them in the freezer but it freezes within about an hour and that's plenty of time before my kids are off to school. I only wish they offered one that was deeper so I could put two sandwiches in it.

My kids love that their sandwiches aren't hot at lunchtime. I didn't think about how much space these would take relative to the size of my kids' lunchbox. They take up more space than a sandwich in a ziploc.

The first one I received was defective. The container had a leak and the chill ingredients leaked out. I called OSA and told them and they promptly replaced it. So far so good with the new one. I like the fact that the sandwhiches stay cool for my kindergartner.

My husband loves this more than anyone in our family. He often takes his lunch to work and uses this cooler. I should have bought one for each of us.

I was very excited to get these for 3 year old twins to take on picnics with us. Right when we took them out of the freezer,it was barely bumped on the counter and a chunk of the blue plastic....no, a sharp chunk of the plastic broke off!! Very dangerous! This ruined the whole picnic. When you have twins, you can't have just one of something;( I would not recommend these. Plus, they have very limited inside space. The directions say to put food into a ziplock bag first them put into the frozen container. This should be said in the cataloge. 2 thumbs down!!!

I bought this product thinking it was a great environmentally friendly product. When I got it home & read the box (not listed on this website) it says to still use a plastic lunch bag. Because the container is made of ice it can cause the bread to become damp & mushy. I am a disappointed but the overall concept is great. Will be great for fruit & veggies. I just wanted others to be aware of this.
