I love the Halo sleepsacks, but make sure you get the right size for your little one. My baby is 12 pounds and this sack is for 13-18 lbs. I thought she was close enough, but the first night I used it, it rode up around her face when she wiggled her hands out of it. So I put it away and am waiting until she's the correct weight. I have now reverted back to using the previous size that she'd outgrown length-wise (the newborn size) and made it work by cutting the bottom of the sack open, so her little feet can stick out the bottom. The top still fits and is nice and snug so she can't get her hands free and it doesn't ride up. Also, make sure to pull the wings/velcro down at an angle so there's less of a chance that it will ride up.

After my daughter was able to break free from receiving blankets, this did the trick!

I'm so glad that i was able to find a product similar to the swaddle blankets that i used for my twins when they were first born. Without being able to find bigger sizes in a swaddle blanket, I decided to try the Halo Sleep Sack Baby Swaddle. I absolutely love them and will definitely purchase the next size larger when needed. I dont have to worry about a loose blanket covering my babies heads and them getting tangled in a loose blanket. They sleep comfortably and are very content.
