We put this on my son because he loves the water so much he will just walk into the pool, so we wanted to be on the safe side, even though we were right there with him. He flipped out. Couldnt walk, would fall over because he couldnt bend his body to pick toys up he wanted to play with. It rode up even before he was in the water. We got a size small and the shorts were huge but the vest was SO hard to close around him. This thing took all the fun out of swimming so I switched it with his other life vest and we were all better. Dont waste your money.

We use this at home and on a recent vacation. I received it days before our vacation and was disappointed that it was very snug. My son weighs 39lbs and it says it's for up to 55lbs, however he is pretty tall for his age so that might be the problem, not sure. It goes up his crotch. We may get 2 months use out of it. Even though it's not the fit that I wanted for him it's still pretty good. I just think it runs small.

My Toddler was excited to put this on and kept it on for the entire time we were on the boat. She did not complain and was very happy walking around the boat. When she sat down, this floatation suit did not ride up and it fit snug like it was suppose to.

My daughter is a petite two year-old (25 lbs, so we bought the Sm/md size, and its perfect. We had recently potty-trained and the other floatation swim-wear we have is one-piece and rather difficult to get on and off while wet. This suit-set is great! The detachable bottoms make going to the potty easy! The snaps keep the floatation top from riding up. This suit is not supposed to be used as a life-saving device, but is wonderful for supervised swimming without having to be held or in the baby pool!

I purchased this product for my daughter as she is 2 years old and had outgrown the baby floatie. Unfortunately, it is a little too big for her and she kept falling back and it was tight up against her chin. I think it would be better for a 3 year old. I hope she will still fit next year.

We bought this for our first son when he was 2 and he got a lot of enjoyment out of it. Our 1 year old couldn't use it properly. We bought them again for a vacation where we knew we'd be at a big pool. What a hit! Our 2 year old smiled from ear to ear with his new found freedom. He is one who likes to just jump in where ever, when ever and backwards (no fear) so this product gives us piece of mind.

Too uncomfortable. Rides up. Should have a bottom strap for this age. I regret this purchase. Can't use.

We bought a size up and the size was alright, but the foam was too large, not contoured and we returned with no problem.

When I first put the vest on, I had a hard time. I felt it was a bit too tight (and she's well within the weight recommendations), but it fit better than the larger size. So I packed it on our international vacation and tried pumping up my 2 1/2 year old daughter to use it making her enthusiastic... failed. It made her really nervous in the water because it rode up and covered her chin. It made me nervous as well, I ended up squatting the whole day in the kitty pool. I was very dissapointed.

We haven't used this yet but my daughter is 40 lbs and the MED/LG which is supposed to fit up to 55 LBS is way too tight for her. She is very skinny and tiny for her age. We expected it to be too big. It looks like it's going to rip at the seems when she puts it on. You don't have a larger size so it will have to do. We will see how the quality holds up. We are going to keep the item and cross our fingers. We bought another for my 2 1/2 year old (SM/MD) and it fit's perfect. He is big for his age. Kind of odd.

Maybe this will work better when our 18-month old daughter is a little older. She didn't like the fact that it floated up around her chin and neck and wouldn't wear it. It's a great idea though. Perhaps next year will be better.

This swimsuit works great! Fits my daughter very well and it gives me peace of mind knowing she has a life jacket on for her safety. I like that the life jacket conveniently attaches to the swimsuit. That's a big plus!
