Loved this costume! Much better made than any costume in a mass retail store. High Quality and looked adorable! I also purchased the wig from her, and my 5 year old daughter was by far the best costume that I saw on Halloween, and her school parade. It does run small so beware. My daughter usually wears a 5/6 and I ordered the costume in an 8 and it was just a tiny bit big but still looked great! I'll be looking here first for Halloween next year!

My daughter has been obsessed with the wizard of oz for the last year. This was by far the best costume I've found. She looked amazing in it. I saw 3 other Dorothy costumes and they did not compare. It does run small luckily. She is 2 and a half and the size 4 fit great.

This costume was perfect. Well made and fit beautifully! She looked adorable and was comfortable, too. Spring for the ruby red shoes, they are awesome, too!

My three-year-old is obsessed with the Wizard of Oz, and I wanted a Dorothy costume for her for Halloween that wasn't cheap and plastic-y, but also wasn't too pricey. This dress fit the bill perfectly. It's very well-made and durable, so she'll be able to use it for dress-up for quite a while. I was worried that the size XS(4)might be big on her, as she's a 3T, but it fit perfectly. Highly recommended!

This little outfit was so cute, well made, and all the extra touches. Skirt was pouffy, which was a hit. Have seen lots of Dorothy outfits, but this was by far the nicest looking one.

I loved this costume! It is such great quality that it almost can pass for a real dress! For the money that you pay this costume is hands down the best! My little girl loves it and won't take it off! True to size and a tad short but overall fantastic! I would recommend this to my sister!

This was actually cuter on my 23 mo than I thought it would be. The little fake ruby on the front and "fluff" at the bottom of the skirt are adorable features. However, wish they had given better idea of sizing. I ordered the XS-4 since there really was no way to tell what the OSA sizes coresponded to in regular sizes. My 23mo wears a 24 month size but can be comfortable in some 2Ts, and this dress is tight and just barely fits her - I am crossing my fingers that it will still fit her for a costume party 3 weeks away. OSA needs to adjust or clarify their sizes.

I bought this costume for my 3 1/2 year old daughter for Halloween. She is tall for her age ...probably the height of a 4 1/2-5 year old... but skinny, so I decided to go with the Small. It ended up being too short on her (My daughter likes dresses to be on the longer side...at least below her knees...the Small was probably knee length or a little higher on her and she wouldn't be able to wear it for very long before she grew out of it) So I called One Step Ahead and they were great to do an exchange for Medium with a free return label and without charging shipping again. Great customer service! The Medium fits great, and she can't wait to be Dorothy for Halloween! It seems to be made well and is very comfortable. The only thing I didn't like were the red hair ribbons that came with it. Dorothy had blue hair ribbons....so we are just going to go buy some of our own. A great purchase!

I wanted my daughter to be DOROTHY for Halloween. She is 19mts old. I was originally looking for the dress in a 18 or 24mt since that is the size she wears. After plenty searching I saw this one and fell in love..... I read the reviews about how small it ran so I took a chance fully expecting to have to alter it. But it came in today and it fits her PERFECT!!!!!! Just for a better size evaluation...My daughter is a lil tall for a 19mt old and she is average build. Not chubby and not bone thin. The costume has plenty breathing room but def not bulky to where it would look bad!>>>>> I LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT. It does feel handmade. The quality is outstanding! If you looking for a Dorothy costume buy this one!!!!

Just ordered this for my little girl for upcoming Halloween. Super cute and great quality. It comes with red hair ribbons instead of blue checkered and has no white sash, but otherwise matches description. It is much better quality than I would have found a local store. It is made like a real dress. The double skirt gives it flare so she will not need anything else under it. She will be 4 in October and I orderd the size 6. She weighs 38lbs and is almost 40" tall. It is a perfect fit. It looks and fits great, but still enough room in the body so that she can wear it after Halloween for playtime this year. I am glad I didn't order the 4. She loves it.

This is an adorable Dorothy costume, and buyin git while on sale was the way to go. The only problem was the size, it seems to run a size smaller than stated.
