Got these (along with the Darth Vader costume) for my just-turned-6-year-old. They were pretty huge on him. He did manage to keep them on on okay and they held up to all his rough and tumble play...just be advised that these probably won't fit "like a glove" as the expression goes for a younger child (though they fit me just fine).

I bought these to complete my five year old son's Halloween costume. They really complete the costume but they are SO big that no child could wear them comfortably. I put them on my own hands and they fit me well. They kept slipping of my son's hands and made it awkward for him to use his fingers - he was grabbing candy through a bunch of bunched up vinyl material. We put rubber bands around his wrists to secure the gloves because he did not want to be without them, but we ended up ditching these gloves half way through Halloween. Just way too big!

Ryan loved the whole Darth Vader costume and accessories, however the gloves and mask were way too big. He was able to keep them on, but they were just too much trouble so he wound up taking them off to do most of his trick or treating. Still, he will be able to wear them for next year if we need them.
