I had a problem with this product being the wrong size, but was told that it was mislabled. Yet it was clearly much bigger than the size I ordered. I left a review stating my unhappiness with the product and serivce. Just 2 days later I recieved a phone call from cutomer service stating that they would refund me the entire cost of the suit, plus shipping AND I did not have to return the product. Other compnies could learn a thing from One Step Ahead. They know how to treat ther customers right and keep them coming back.

I loved this snow suit, but the sizing is totally off. I ordered 6-9 months, but it looked like it was at least 9-12 or bigger. My baby could not wear it and I had to buy something else. If you are ordering this, order one size smaller.

I think anyone with a small infant or even toddler would love this. You can just slip the child into suit, zip and ready to go!

I bought this snow suit for my 1 year old and it does keep him warm (we live in a place where it will dip below -20 celcius). My biggest problem with this snowsuit are the arms - they are very narrow. My son is in the 5th percentile so he's not very big, but even his little arms were tough to put in and take out of the suit. The arms were also very long so when I did fold over the mittens part, he couldn't get his hands out (and he got frustrated with that).

So, for me, I will be returning it. My girlfriend has bought this snow suit for her son about 4 years ago and it was made very differently - way roomier! Too bad these changes were made.

This outfit is well made, but it practically chokes the baby in the head/neck area. When it is zipped up there is barely any room for the child to stick his face out of the hood.

Very cute, well made, and especially warm and comfy. So comfy, I have been surprised several times by my 9 mth old falling asleep in it, even in the stroller! She NEVER sleeps in the stroller. Apparently she must feel like she's on a cloud in it. I just wish it was a little easier to put on, but all buntings are like that with an infant, so not that big of a deal. I love that the hands and feet can be opened or closed, of course my little girl doesn't walk so I keep her's closed. So great I don't have to think of putting/keeping shoes on her this winter, AND she's warm for sure. It's too long for her (arms and legs), but since I carry her anyway it's not a problem. VERY GOOD price for the quality and compared to other big brand names. Beware on the wrong sizing on the item itself- but they warn about that! Very satisfied! Highly recommend!

We wanted this for a trip to Colorado around Christmas time and were very disappointed. The stitching was poor and it was coming apart at the wrists. We could see the lining coming out in the hood. It was also not true to size. The legs were to tight and the chest area was to large. I ordered the 12m size when my daughter was 9m thinking that the larger size would fit but her legs were tight once we got her in it.

great idea but difficult to get winter boots to stay on. Openings for hands and feet are too tight/small. Too bad there isn't elastics for the openings!

As the grandmother - I ordered the snowsuit too big - they will use it next year. But it's exactly what they wanted and it will truly be more useful next year anyway. Great design.

My son is seven months and 22 pounds I ordered the 12-18 month and it was way too big. My advise is not to order up a size.

I would recommend any body that's looking for snowsuit for their baby or grandchildren, or whom ever. This is the place to shop, prefit fit.

This is so great when I am trying to get myself bundled up for work as well as my 9 month old daughter. I don't have to fuss with gloves, a hat or boots...I just zip her up and off we go!
