Comments about G.A. Child Safety Childproof Clean Guard Cleaning Supply Safe:

This product is great. It is made very well and feels like something of quality and substance. My only issue is the locking system. It can be a little tough to manipulate and I need to make sure I actually secured it properly. However, as long as I use both hands to turn/squeeze the lock and push down on the lid at the same time, I for sure it is securely locked

I bought another for downstairs bc it's easy to use and my storage for those products is down low-my toddler at 17 months could open some of the safety latches in the kitchen already so I had to store all my products high in the garage before I purchased 2 of these

I store cleaning products in this as a double safety measure (I also have latches on the cupboard that my 19mo old cannot get into). This prodict was bigger than I expected, which was a pleaseant surprise, as I can fit more into it to keep items locked up!

Comments about G.A. Child Safety Childproof Clean Guard Cleaning Supply Safe:

I got two of these bins for my husband to put all the fish stuff in. We have an aquarium and he needs to use chemicals to test the water and what not. I saw these and thought they would be a good idea. One of the ones we received had a broken latch, however he just put the suction/sweeper and such in it, that way if the girls would get into it they can't get hurt by those things. The other works fine, my husband did say he sees how many people commented on it breaking or not working. He said it would be easy to turn it too far and snap, you just have to be careful. As for the broken one we just kept it. The girls see the lids on them and don't go anywhere near them.

Comments about G.A. Child Safety Childproof Clean Guard Cleaning Supply Safe:

The box is very large, which is great for larger bottles. But we were disappointed with the lock: poor design, poor quality, not very easy to use. The good news is that I doubt a small child could figure out how to open the lock, but it ends up being difficult for us too, and it feels as if the lock is about to break when we operate it as directed (i.e. push and turn at the same time).

Comments about G.A. Child Safety Childproof Clean Guard Cleaning Supply Safe:

I live in a House that is set up to accommodate Wheel chairs. So, the kitchen sink has no cabinets underneath them. It has fully exposed pipes. I still needed to utilize that space so I purchased the Clean Guard. It is large enough to fit everything I need to clean. I agree with some of the other reviews that state: It could be sturdier plastic(however, my 3 yr old likes to stand on it to reach the counter so I feel it is sturdy enough.) It would also be easier to use if it had a handle to help open it. Which leads me to another criticism. It can be difficult to open(I suppose it is serving it's purpose). If you take the time to really figure it out, this product can be useful. So far it works for me and I actually really like it.

it doesn't open easily, lacks a handle, the lock is flimsy in that a kid can't open it, but if an adult tries to open the crummy lock, they stand to break the brittle plastic. cheap cheap cheap.

This has worked great for us, it holds most of my cleaning products (I have a lot). We have had it since my daughter was a year old and she is now 4. Not only has it kept her out of cleaning products and my mind at ease, but it keeps all of my cleaning products in one place. It even held up in a moving truck for 300 miles.

Comments about G.A. Child Safety Childproof Clean Guard Cleaning Supply Safe:

I actually purchased this cleaning guard to store some of the larger medicine bottles that we have in our bathroom. I ended up using it for ALL my medicines. Here is a word of caution though- the holes in this guard are bigger than the ones for the smaller medicine chest so if you have smaller prescription bottles like I did, I hid them in the middle and I keep the guard up and out of the reach of my two kids (ages 3 and 1). The lock is easy enough for an adult to use but it fooled my daughter (the 3 year old), so I am very pleased with it. I would highly recommend this for anyone wanting to keep dangerous chemicals out of the reach of their kids.

Comments about G.A. Child Safety Childproof Clean Guard Cleaning Supply Safe:

We purchased two of these in order to contain our cleaning supplies. They fit perfectly under the bathroom sink and are serving as an excellent deterrent to our 16 month old son who loves to explore cabinets and drawers.

It is worth noting that once the child is old enough that he will likely be able to open the container with some effort, by then, he should know the difference between what is and what is not safe.

This is worth every penny for the peace of mind!

There is no handle on top, so it's hard to open lid. The dial is not very sturdy, I keep breaking nails each time I try to open it. Flimsy quality, not sturdy at all. Keeps kid from touching what's inside though. For the cost, it's not really worth it. If they made it sturdy and added a handle and sturdy locking mechanism, it'd be worth the $30 some odd dollars.

Bought one of these to go under our bathroom sink, because we don't have a cabinet. I'm happy with it: it's roomy enough to hold the things I wanted locked up, it's fairly easy to use, and my 11-month-old can't get it open. I ordered a second one to use in the kitchen, but unfortunately it arrived broken - the little latch on the lid had snapped off, so the lock didn't work and I had to return it. I'd buy this again, but not online - the plastic is just too flimsy, and it was a pain to have to ship back something this bulky (at my expense).
