We've used this product for about 5 years in our Honda Odyssey and have loved it! I hope it fits in my next car to continue protecting the seat, providing comfort to my child, and keep those in the front seat free of seat kics...lol. Great product!!!

My daughter is in a booster seat but has had issues with her feet going to sleep during long trips. We tried this foot rest on a recent vacation (2000 miles roundtrip) and it worked great to prevent her foot from going to sleep from her legs dangling. The only complaint is that it doesn't seem to stay in position when adjusted sometimes and is a little wide in that it will scratch the backs of the front seats when the foot rest is extended.

My son thought this was awesome. It worked great for our long car ride, his legs were not hanging down the whole time so he was very comfortable. It is SIMPLE to install and adjust. Folding up after use is a snap.

Well, if your child weighs less than 50lbs, this will not stay put even while child is sitting in seat, if child moves around (leans over to grab things pick things up, etc - which happens a lot on a long car trip). this worked for 7 yr old in booster, but not for my 5 yr old. or 3 yr old. It would only stay in the farthest position (longest leg setting). maybe mechanism was faulty, but it wouldnt stay put on any of the three i bought. It's bulky and in the way, so I could only use it in certain seats in the car - not near door if kids need to get past seat into back for example. And when not in use, it takes up a lot of space, no good place to store it - wont stay in place without weight on it... not very useful. I wish it was, because my son does complain about his legs. So i just put my duffle bag at his feet during our trip for his foot rest.

I wish there was a way to keep it from moving around. Each time my three year old stretches ever so slightly, the footrest slides out. Basically, we have the front passenger's seat against her footrest to prevent from sliding out. This shoudl be attached to the carseat/booster seat somehow to prevent from sliding out. Otherwise, it's a great idea.

This is a good product. It does what it is made to do. But it could be made a little better. It isn't flimsy by any means but when you adjust it to where you want it thr settings slip sometimes and it is just awkward. I would like it better if it attached to the seat somehow so it was more stable.

I had gone on a 4 hour trip with my daughter in August and she starting complaining that her legs hurt a couple hours into the drive. She is 43" tall and they were dangling off the car seat. My solution at that time was to move my driver's seat back and her seat up so she could rest her feet on the back of my seat.

As we planned a 7 hour drive to Disney in September I knew I had to do something for her and I was stoked to find this product! It worked out great and she was so happy about having her footrest! She mentioned how comfy it was every time we got in the car (She's 4).

It is very well made and easy to install and adjust. I HIGHLY recommend this product for long car trips with an older (but still in a car seat or booster) child with long legs.

was looking forward to using this. it looked like it would be great for our long road trip. Unfortunately, it did not work with our carseats. It was too long for the 2 1/2 year olds legs and would not adjust far enough and it kept falling out from beneath the 4 1/2 year olds booster seat. Great concept though. Love the idea.just didn't work for us.

We have two of these, one for each carseat. We used it with the Britax Marathon and now with the Britax Frontier. I had a problem with one of the footrests after 6 months but OneStepAhead's customer service is great,they replaced it for free.
No more feet on the back of my seat.

I purched the comfort footrest for both of my children and it broke the first time using them. I am very disappointed with the construction of this footrest. It won't support any weight without breaking. I am returning these products and getting a refund.

I was excited to get this to eliminate my daughter constantly kicking the back of my seat. And I really want to like this product, but it has a MAJOR design flaw. There are release levers to adjust the angle of the foot rest, but when it comes to adjusting the height of it you just pull it up or push it down. Every time my daughter uses this we pull it up to where she wants it and within seconds it has wiggled all the way down and out of reach of her feet! Why isn't there a release lever to lock and unlock the height position!?!?!? We would love this product if it had that. The way it is designed has made it totally useless to us. Totally useless.
